Non è la tua tipica casa vacanze, questa è la nostra casa e la arrediamo e ci prendiamo cura di essa come tale! Abbiamo un membro della famiglia disponibile per rispondere alle tue domande e aiutare con il tuo soggiorno nel caso tu abbia bisogno di qualcosa! Ci riferiamo affettuosamente a questa meravigliosa proprietà come "The Keys To Paradise". Il nome del gioco qui è rispettoso divertimento in famiglia e totale relax. Abbiamo un NUOVO DOCK da aggiungere al tuo divertimento!

Molto attenzione è stata presa durante il recente ristrutturazione per offrire un'esperienza di qualità, piacevole e confortevole per i nostri ospiti, tra cui due vernici di tono, nuove basi, porte e finiture, pavimenti in legno di travertino e legno duro.

Inoltre, questa casa completamente ristrutturata vanta quattro camere da letto con comodo e spazioso dormire per dodici adulti. La prima camera da letto al piano inferiore è privata con il nuovo materasso Queen Sealy Posturepedic e porta in vetro che conduce alla vista sul ponte privato e sull'acqua. La seconda camera da letto di livello inferiore offre tre letti singoli adatti per adulti e bambini.

Al piano superiore è una master suite grande e privata con il nuovo materasso King Sealy Posturepedic, cabina armadio, camino, televisione a schermo piatto, divano letto Queen e angolo vista scrittore di acqua / ufficio adiacente livello superiore grande ponte privato per l'acqua, la natura e la visione di montagna! La seconda camera da letto del livello superiore ha un nuovo materasso Sealy Posturepedic Queen così come un nuovo letto Full Size nella zona della baia separata.

I due bagni pieni di design sono Tahoe ispirati. Il bagno principale situato al piano inferiore è dotato di vasca / doccia combo e doppio lavandino. Il bagno principale al piano superiore offre relax nella vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi, doppio lavabo design vanity e una doccia oversize separata con doppi soffioni e panca per completare il lusso.

La planimetria open space offre confortevoli soggiorni in stile conversazione con camera familiare, soggiorno, cucina e zona pranzo adiacenti. La camera familiare offre sedie a sdraio a conversazione intorno al nuovo camino a gas e alla grande televisione a schermo piatto. Inoltre, c'è un tavolo da biliardo full size circondato da comodi posti a sedere aggiuntivi e una seconda grande televisione a schermo. Rilassamento e divertimento sono il nome del gioco qui!

La cucina gourmet è completamente equipaggiata con nuovi contatori di quarzo, armadio aggiornato, lavandino di design, gamma di gas in acciaio inox, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. Pentole, padelle, piatti, posate e articoli da cucina sono inclusi per una facile preparazione del pasto. Servire e mangiare sono facili ed efficienti presso l'isola / bar della cucina e l'ampio tavolo da pranzo offre viste mozzafiato sul lungomare.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was a perfect location very beautiful and clean home. Communicating with the owner, John was extremely easy. The only piece of advice that I can add is more mirrors in the house with a few girls we were fighting over the mirrors to get ready :) Thank Jon we had a great time!

We had the pleasure of staying at this home for a few nights and had a wonderful time. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Beds were comfy. Master bathroom was great. Pool table was enjoyed by the kids. Location was perfect for us. It snowed a lot while we were there and decided to stay an extra night, which was granted by the gracious owner. Thanks for a great stay!

Unfortunately this home did disappoint. Contacted owner prior to booking asking if dock offered as amenity could accommodate our boat, this was the specific reason for booking the home. Told yes, dock could be used. Upon arrival our boat could not in fact even get to their dock, overgrowth of plants and water level have made it unusable. Contacted owner right away as we need dock for 84 year old parents. Also told we could not bbq (It was against the law currently due to red flag warning) Non use of dock resulted in additional expense of $200 per day for launching and storage, walking 1/2 mile each day to launch ramp. Also saw all of the neighbors bbq’ing and asked. Gas grills perfectly ok to use. Outside of home unappealing, grass dead, not as it appears in the picture. Back yard completely dirt, hard access to dock area, uneven terrain, all decks filthy, chairs filthy, no bbq as listed to use, had 6 meals all planned on the bbq. Some type of flying large ant (possible termite) in home downstairs. Asked owner to allow us to leave. Spent 2 days o. The phone for countless hours debating every point. Taking up our prescious vacation time. Just wanted to leave to achieve the amenities we were promised and try to get our vacation back on track. Told to park at neighbors dock but they were there? Told to just try to reach front end of dock, couldn’t do that, couldn’t tie up at all. We would of ever booked the home if the dock was unusable. We needed it for parents and convenience. Overall very bad customer relations. It wasn’t that we just didn’t want to stay, after inquiring it was not as described. Pictures are not as the home is currently. “Catphished”. Be honest about current state of home. It wasn’t that we could not barbecue due to fire it was because there was no barbecue there

This is a spacious house in a great location, on the water at the end of one of the Tahoe Keys canals. Easy access to the water via the small private dock. (The lake level was lower than usual during our stay, so check depth if you're planning to bring a boat. We had no trouble launching paddle boards from the dock.) The Tahoe Keys canals are sheltered and calm, great for paddle boarding or kayaking. The house was very clean. The house has been renovated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. There are four bedrooms with five regular beds (king, queen, queen, two singles). Two additional mattresses are in a small nook with a low ceiling that connects to one of the queen bed bedrooms (not for the claustrophobic), a sleeper sofa in the master bedroom, and a trundle in the bedroom with the two twin beds (but using the trundle would make a very tight squeeze in between the two twin beds). The pool table is a nice touch. The house itself is in great condition. Some of the furniture is worn and should be replaced, especially the table and chairs on the deck. The house would be more attractive with some artwork indoors (the walls are mostly bare) and landscaping outdoors (which I realize is challenging during a drought).

Property was very nice, except the lake water low so the dock was really usable, but that's natures fault. It's was everything you see online, no false advertisements. Check in and out with the host family was simple
