Comfortable for 7 adults. 1 block to the lifts. Several stairs up to unit and use caution climbing spiral staircase. Management should tell renters not to use garbage disposal it causes a leak under sink. Plumber came to check it out told us not to use it. Dishwasher does not clean dishes - we hand washed. One humidifier that worked poorly. Unit needs more humidifiers. Location is great but noise from village late at night made it difficult to sleep and wake to Garbage trucks at 6am. Carpet needs cleaning or replace, several stains. Place was clean and well equipped.

The property is in a strategic position right in the middle of everything in Vail and at walking distance 3 min from the Gondola One.
All good and aligned with the descriptions, except for some disturbing noises in one bedroom, one sink which did not empty and one window which did not close properly. Overall a great stay!

Two couples and our young adult son stayed in the Creekside Penthouse for 7 nights in February, 2024. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of Vail Village, which is also right in the middle of the Vail resort complex. An easy 200 yard walk to Gondola One gets you on the mountain quickly and in a position to head to whichever area you want to ski/board. In the evening, you are right in the middle of many apres ski and dining options. I have no criticism of the property itself, but a couple of minor things to be aware of: 1) Garbage trucks came every morning around 6:00AM. Not good if you are a light sleeper. 2) The washer/dryer is located on the upper floor of the unit, accessible only by a very tight spiral staircase. It's not easy getting laundry up/down those stairs. (It's also not easy getting luggage up/down those stairs)Check in/out was a breeze and we had no issues that required contact with management. We would not hesitate to stay in the Creekside Penthouse unit again.

Pluses are: 1) Excellent location (difficult to get any better...), 2) Beautiful views, 3) very clean, and 4) no kitchen aromas despite being above two restaurants.Challenges are: 1) insufficient glassware..., 2) upstairs bedroom needs a space heater, 3) no working humidifiers, 4) VERY narrow staircase to access loft/ upstairs bedroom, and 5) 7am garbage pick up right outside bedroom windows.

This place is incredible! The location is right in the middle of everything. Quick access to lifts for mountain biking, the creek is steps away, restaurants and shops everywhere! We had our two kids (5 and 2) with us and they loved playing in the kids fountain out front. I will absolutely stay here again.

This was an excellent location, right in the heart of Vail Village and a stones throw from gondola one. The condo was perfect for our family of 8. A little tough to get to the second floor with suitcases but doable. We loved the balcony and had drinks out there on nice days. If it had a gym or jacuzzi it would have been over the top. We would highly recommend this rental.

Stairs up to the property are tough and the property is getting a little tired, doors on kitchen cabinets loose, broken tiles in showers etc., wall units loose. Stairs up to 3rd bedroom /loft impossible with suitcase. But location makes up for all these minor issues. Even with the minor issues, we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful trip
This property was perfect for our extended ski weekend. It comfortably fit 6 adults with room to spare. The location is right in the Village and steps from everything, including Gondola 1. We hope to return soon!

Family vacation
Great comfortable condo for our family (6 adults and one 9 month old). This 3 bedroom + loft and 4 full baths condo was a perfect size for us. The 3 bedrooms each have an attached bath and the 4th full bath is near the living areas-great arrangement. The condo is in the heart of Vail, steps from many dining options, Gondola One and shopping - location couldn’t be better. The patio balcony has beautiful views of the mountain & village. This condo is well appointed and very clean. Check in was easy. This part of Vail is car free but parking is near by. Cars are allowed for unloading & reloading. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property in Vail Village
This is a beautiful well-appointed penthouse in the middle of Vail Village. It’s close to everything... the Vail Transportation Center, Gondola one, shopping, restaurants and bars. The stairs to the loft area are compact but manageable. We all had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location... great condition... well appointed condo in the heart of Vail Village
We had an excellent couple of days in the heart of Vail Village at this fantastic property. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The condominium was exactly as described. The maid service was excellent. We will be returning. Our family of eight was very comfortable. 8 inches of new snow over the several days that we were there.

Fabulous location
We enjoyed our stay at the Creekside Penthouse. The location could not have been better! Right in the middle of the village and within walking distance of everything. The only thing we drove to was the grocery store. Take stock before you go, there were coffee filters, salt/pepper, spices, etc. Really cut down on what we had to buy. The balcony was great for drinks and people watching in the evening. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies in the bathrooms for a long weekend. The only thing I would caution about is the staircase to the second floor bedroom and loft. The only way up is a narrow spiral staircase. Not easy to get luggage up there. That wasn’t made clear in the property description. The washer and dryer are up there also.
But, a little inconvenience for a fabulous location. We would absolutely stay there again if we needed that much space.

Perfect location for being in the middle of Vail Village
Penthouse is spacious and looks out over beautiful Vail Village... Christmas lights were everywhere in the Village and you could see the mountains over the Village... lots of shops and restaurants and a well stocked kitchen to cook “at home”. Wasn’t an issue for us but in case guests have physical limitations it’s important to note that there are two flights of stairs up to the Penthouse and the spiral staircase up to the loft and second bedroom is narrow and steep, so can be a bit challenging. That aside, the Penthouse is amazingly beautiful and well stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very nice. We had 8 adults and a 3 year old and it was very comfortable for a 4 night stay! Highly recommend for family gatherings or for friends to enjoy together...

Great place with only one complaint
Beautiful view, great condo in a perfect location. Downstairs beds were not very comfortable but a cheap egg crate topper would solve that problem. Other than that, loved it. Would stay again for sure. Use of elevator for arrival and departure would be nice if traveling with older couples or people with injuries/disibilities.
