Ha sido una de las mejores experiencias alojarse en el Zoola, el restaurante es espectacular, son pet-friendly y la atención es demasiado agradable, cuenta con amplias zonas verdes y acceso a Wifi, una paz increíble

No nos gustó mucho la ubicación pues queda un poco lejos del centro de San Pedro, pero a pesar de eso el lugar es increíble

No puedo decir que exista algo bueno en el hotel/hostel

Las fotos expuestas en booking son de hace algún tiempo ya, por lo que, lo que ves no es lo que vas a encontrar. El lugar olía mal y los baños tenían una capa verde en las duchas y orines por doquier en los sanitarios. La piscina era color amarillo y poseía un olor fuertisimo. Zoola posee todo menos higiene. Había manchas en las sábanas, los cuartos no están ventilados y la atención al cliente, cuando nos quejamos fue pésima y sin soluciones. Por favor, no se hospeden aqui, mis amigos y yo tuvimos que irnos de San Pedro, sin ducharnos, aguantando ganas de ir al baño y con una pésima noche.

Wir haben das ‚bessere‘ Zimmer gehabt-sah eindeutig neuer aus und war gut groß-auch das Badezimmer. Boden und Badezimmer waren sauber. Warmwasser vorhanden. Grundsätzlich sehr schönes angenehmes Ambiente, super gute Küche!! Das inkludierte Frühstück ist wirklich zu empfehlen und außerdem ist es super, dass man es den ganzen Tag einlösen kann! Im Pool waren wir nicht-aber es ist schön dort mit Blick auf dem See zu liegen. Wer gerne reitet: direkt nebenan befindet sich Rancho Moises - zu empfehlen:)

Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer gab es kaum welche. Die Handtücher waren schmutzig bzw. Ev. hat man die Flecken nicht rausbekommen..?! Ebenso kam es uns vor, als ob die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt wurde-augenscheinlich schmutzig war sie aber nicht. @pool: Einzig die ohrenbetäubende Musik die ununterbrochen läuft, hat uns gestört. Man kann nur bar bezahlen!

The location is great in San Pedro and the included breakfast is delicious each morning.

The rooms had fresh linen etc but the rooms were stuffy and smelt when we checked in. They required a lot of airing out. There aren’t many spaces at the hostel which are comfortable for hanging out in or working. The bathroom facilities were average and blocked entirely for an evening resulting in an undesirable smell.

La piscina se mira mejor en las fotos, de noche no está muy bien iluminada, en el cuarto se sintió mucho calor un ventilador ayudaría.

Comfy beds & pillows, lots of space in the private room. Outdoor space was cool. Showers were hot. Staff was easy to accommodate me as I wanted to upgrade last minute to a private since I was the only girl in the mix dorm and it was less than ideal situation. Easy fix which I super appreciated!!!

I was originally booked for a mixed dorm, I would like to see privacy curtains in it! When you're the only girl in a dorm, that's the least a hostel can provide to accommodate everyone's privacy even when on a budget. Bathrooms could be cleaner.

Budget room very dark and not really clean, bed sheets with a lot of holes and a bit smelly. Toilets smelly as well.

Friendly staff, great chill out area, pool, bar, spaces to be quiet, hammocks, great food, perfect location.

No privacy in the dorms (just beds in a room)

Pool area is ok for relaxing but the music was way too loud. Imagine it's a good spot if you're there to party. Otherwise would avoid.

If you like sitting on the floor and smoking spliffs with a lot of background noise it's ideal for you. If you don't, it's not. Not sure the photos are a fair reflection of the place so wasn't for us unfortunately.

Location was fantastic and the amenities provided. Staff was very attentive and kind.

No screen on windows to prevent stray cats from entering your room. Rooms were also really hot and that’s why we opened the window at night.

The options for the included breakfast are just amazing, staff is great and the facilities are way too much for the price (in a good way).

A nice room in a big hostel. Location has bars within walking distance, but the hostel has a good bar too. The breakfast is amazing!

Zoola was a fantastic value for the price! The staff was friendly and the bar was really fun - especially on New Years.

we felt that the rooms and shared facilities could have a little bit more care and love. Room we stayed in (1) was very basic, while there is nothing wrong with that possibly not to be so dark and gloomy touch of fresh paint light linen etc. showers need some ventilation as mold was building up.
