Everything you need for a great stay. Seamless check in. Everything works. Comfortable beds. 2 separate sitting areas. 2 full baths. Large deck with plenty of seating, gas grill and lake view. Well equipped kitchen. Zero complaints. Tammy Lee is friendly and easy to work with. We’ll be back next year for our third stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this very spacious, immaculately cleaned condo. The view is beautiful, the water is cool and clear! This condo would be great for one or two families. We will be back!!

This place had everything we needed. Besides ceiling fans in every room there were 4 portable fans. The AC worked great. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. We enjoyed the screened deck. We appreciated having a second living area (one upstairs and one downstairs.
We had 2 adults and 3 children. We stayed only 2 nights. We hope to have a longer stay in the near future.

Amenities were more than adequate. Quite neighborhood, excellent view from the patio, comfortable seating and well decorated. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to friends.

Our family had an amazing time in Hot Springs Village. The condo was great with a gorgeous view over Lake Desoto. The kitchen came fully equipped with all the equipment you may need to prepare meals. The living room kitchen table area was our favorite hangout. The view from the deck was my relaxing area. The Marina was closed when we were there during the first couple of weeks of March which was disappointing. Tammy Lee our contact person was great in providing all the information that we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back when we come back to the Hot Springs area.

We enjoyed the location of this property. Across from our finger of the lake was a small gathering place if some type. We did not go there but enjoyed the live music that was playing one of the nights we were there from the covered deck. We liked the security of staying in Hot Springs Village because you needed a pass to get through the gate. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay there again.

Townhouse was in a nice quiet neighborhood, clean, spacious and as described. We had a free live concert from marina across the way (Fri & Sat pm) that we enjoyed while eating dinner on the deck. Host was very timely answering questions and accommodating to a request we had. We absolutely loved the area!

The condo was great for 6 adults and 1 teenager. It is beautifully situated on the lake and easy to find from the west gate. We had activities each day on Danville Rd. so it would have been great to have been able to enter the village through the Danville Gate instead of driving all the way to the west gate each night.

The Property Mgr. was easily accessible and provided all needed info prior to our arrival. The home was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, confortable and stocked. The scenery of the lake with the dock in the back was perfect. The home was conveniently located as well. Our family enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

We had such a fabulous time at this lake front property. I truly felt the pictures did not do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful and tranquil. Very private, very clean, very well decorating, and it truly felt like home. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to cook. I highly recommend.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of an ice maker. We had to make several trips to get ice b/c freezing water in little trays is a slow process and it was very hot!! We also could get the blender to work. Little blips.

Our stay at this townhouse was awesome. It was clean, tidy & decorated nicely. All accommodations were there. There was not a working tv in the main bedroom upstairs but overall our stay was enjoyable. Thanks to my host Tammy Lee, she was awesome. I would truly recommend this place to friends and wil return later.

Great place to stay. Close proximity to the water. Easy access to nature trails. You can fish off the docks. We didn’t have much luck but the fish were there. Separate living areas so the kids can have their own space. If traveling with young children (less than 2) I would definitely recommend bringing a baby gate to keep the babies safe from the stairs. They had pretty much everything you can think of when it comes to cooking utensils. Overall our family had lots of fun while there.

We could not have found better accommodations for my wife and sister. We were attending a small family retreat and needed accommodations for three of us. We could easily have slept 6-8 people but enjoyed having the run of this lakefront rental. So clean and well-furnished. The location near the front gate was ideal as family members were staying nearby.
Tammy Lee was so helpful and easy to reach.

We had the best stay!! Tammy Lee went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic one. The townhouse is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It’s very conveniently located. This property has so many amenities and probably more beds than anyone could use. We will definitely look to rent again, next time with our grandchildren. They absolutely have a beautiful rental that actually lives up to the pictures.. probably more than!!! The beds were very comfortable and there were actually plenty of dishes too, and as a cook it was a great surprise. The deck is where we spent most of our time with the weather being so beautiful during our stay. Don’t wait , rent this one!!! Ty again Tammy Lee, you were a real sweetheart!!

Great location for a peaceful getaway. Tammy was great to work with, easy and prompt communication, allowing for a stress free check-in and stay. The layout of the unit and decor were terrific. Beds were super comfortable. The carpet could use a little love but we would definitely stay again.

This property was the perfect size for our group of 7 with ages from 2 to 71. There were plenty of activities nearby to entertain the kids, and the location was an easy distance from my wife’s father to visit.
