Benvenuti a New Smyrna Beach, la città balneare più accogliente e pittoresca della Florida. Moontide è il miglior valore per le vacanze di New Smyrna Beach. Il nostro "cottage sulla spiaggia" per non fumatori si trova al primo piano (5 °) di Prime Location del prestigioso edificio "A", che si trova proprio sulla spiaggia, e dispone di un ampio balcone privato di 30 piedi con vista libera su e giù intera spiaggia. Il nostro condominio è arroccato contro il muro del mare. Non è possibile ottenere più fronte oceano diretto di così. Si trova sulla spiaggia preferita 'no drive', sicura e protetta.
Il nostro "cottage sulla spiaggia" è stato completamente rinnovato nell'autunno del 2014, con tutti i nuovi pavimenti, mobili da cucina, elettrodomestici per cucina e lavanderia, cabine doccia piastrellate, sala da pranzo, mobili per soggiorno e camera da letto, HDTV da 55 "smart", tutto nuovo posate da cucina. Davvero, tutto è nuovo di zecca.
Il balcone offre numerose opzioni di posti a sedere per godere della vista e del suono della spiaggia; Immagina albe dipinte mozzafiato e serate illuminate dalla luna mentre rifletti sui ricordi della giornata; passeggiate e gite in bicicletta lungo la spiaggia, seduti sotto la tenda della spiaggia, osservando il delfino nuotare lungo la riva o i pellicani alla deriva lungo la brezza del mare sempre presente.
Il balcone e la vista panoramica sono aperti sia sulla camera da letto principale, che dispone di un bellissimo letto king size, sia su un soggiorno aperto, che dispone di una HDTV "intelligente" da 55 pollici e posti a sedere per ammirare la spiaggia. La seconda camera da letto dispone di un letto queen size e di un comodo letto singolo "hide-a-mat" e di una TV HD da 37 ". C'è la possibilità di streaming Netflix gratuito su tutti i televisori. We had a wonderful visit in New Smyrna Beach. The condo had everything you would need and the owners were amazing to work with. Would definitely return if we get the opportunity.

We had a wonderful time at Bob and Deb’s condo. Location was great! The view from the balcony was perfect! We really enjoyed all of the beach toys, chairs, tents, boogies boards and so much more right there at the condo! Beds were very comfortable, there was a nice kitchen to cook in and everything was very clean! We really enjoyed the rooftop pool as well! I highly recommend staying at this condo! Thank you for the wonderful vacation for our family!

This condo was amazing! It was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed for a beach vacation. The view was incredible and very convenient to both pool and the beach. I loved waking up every morning to coffee on the balcony. We will definitely be back. Robert was also very responsive and we appreciated all of the details provided regarding the condo amenities.

Wonderful accommodations but best part is the direct ocean front views. Bob and Deb were very nice and easy to get in touch with when needed.

Strongly recommend!! The condo is Beautiful, and very clean. The property inside and outside was very clean. Easy access to the beach. The condo has everything you need to go down to the beach Chairs, Cooler, wagon, beach toys and games, beach umbrella and so much more. Parking garage neat and clean. The area was nice and quiet. Bob and Debbie were so easy to work with.

The condo was very well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The location was great for the beach and restaurants. Beach equipment, including bikes were included. A great place to stay.

The location really cannot be beat. I became addicted to watching the tide go in and out (when we were there), and listening to the waves. Saw dolphins while drinking morning coffee. We were only on property about half the time, but there was so much available for the beach, wish we had more time. Boards, toys, balls, towels, tents, etc. I think VRBO did something weird on the listing... one room says Queen + Twin, but reality was just a Queen. The written description does not mention 2nd bed. We did find a foam Mat/ mattress that could have been used, but the couch was large and comfortable enough as well.

Despite the terrible mid-November weather (windy, rainy, flooding) we enjoyed our stay and the marvelous view. Couldn't imagine a better place to be stuck inside for a six days.

The location and property exceeded our expectations and was well appointed with everything you need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owner was very responsive and went above and beyond to insure we had a great experience. We have already referred this property to our friends and relatives and hope it is available the next time we travel to NSB.

Mostly what there is to do in NSB is well ..to relax and enjoy the gorgeous beach! Moontide A502 is the place to do exactly that - and there are options. When you first arrive at the condo you’ll see the fabulous ocean views from your own private 5th floor balcony. We found some local coffee at Island Roasters and enjoyed that while watching the sunrise every morning… which, according to me, is a perfect start to any beach day! The building itself is just a few steps from the sand and surf- and every beach accessory you could want is provided. There’s also a heated rooftop pool, a great place for swimming or laying out, and here again it faces the ocean, and the view up there is incredible.. The condo itself is very comfortable, we enjoyed our time here.

Well maintained beach front condominium. Cars prohibited on this stretch of beach which means comfort and security. Many owner provided amenities including chairs, umbrellas, and bikes.

The property is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could ask for. They provide Plenty of beach items, and you have a front row seat to beautiful New Smyrna Beach. The property owners were very responsive and give detailed instructions to the condo. Enjoy! We hope to return…

Every summer NSB has been our go to and this year our stay at Moontide (A 502) did not disappoint. Great location, amazing beach views and the most enjoyable sunrise. The condo was clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

5 stars all the way! This 2 bedroom top floor beachfront condo is tastefully decorated and has a warm cozy feel with up to date appliances, tvs and bathrooms. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped for cooking. The owner provides lots of detailed information and is easily accessible and really wants your stay to go well. And the view is spectacular! We will be returning.

A place to rest, relax and rejuvenate. That’s what my family look for when we search for somewhere to vacation. Bob and Debbie’s place delivers on all counts. As soon as we entered the condo and saw the beautiful view of the beach (literally from one step inside the door) we knew we’d accomplish our 3 R objectives. It only got better from there. We dropped our luggage, grabbed a drink and immediately headed for the expansive balcony. From there you can look way up and down the beach without giving up any privacy from others above, below or to the side.
There is nothing like a place that has everything you need…
-very comfortable furniture with plenty of seating in the living room as well as dining area. Very well decorated (being a history buff my wife’s favorite was Lewis and Clark expedition chair)
-a well outfitted kitchen with a great selection of cookware and nice appliances
-plenty of towels (beach and bath) and extremely comfortable mattresses (a must for me – I don’t sleep well on the road)
-many games you can play inside and out (had great fun with the Boccie ball set and Bananagrams)
with great books and puzzles as well
-free Netflix for the downtime between trips to the beach
-2 beach bikes (that are free to use) and 2 electric bikes (if you’d like to rent them). Between the beach and bike paths inland there are plenty of places to explore.
-a nice large rooftop heated pool that is literally steps away. This was so well heated that we were able to swim even on one of the coolest day we were there (yeah...we were there for record-breaking “low” temps during Christmas ‘22).
-well-equipped exercise room also steps away.
-very secure garage equipped with luggage and grocery carriers to make move in and move out a piece of cake.
Bob and Debbie’s emails before our stay were extremely informative and when I had a question during our stay he responded within an hour via email...and immediately via text/call. Moontide also has a staff that can also help you with anything you need. They were very nice.
All in all...we got our 3 R’s worth and more! Thanks for gracious hospitality Bob and Debbie! We’ll definitely be back.

Bob and Debbie the owners were very helpful. They provided us with recommendations for our stay. They also were kind enough to allow use of their bikes since the beach access was destroyed by the hurricanes.

We have rented from VRBO in several US beach locations, and we are picky travelers! From the first view of the Moontide condo online and then interacting with Bob/Deb they were amazing with info and totally helpful. The condo is done and decorated to perfection, very comfortable, well appointed every amenity anyone could ask for. Beds were super comfy, plenty of blankets for cool evenings and loved the big built-in dining seating for family gatherings. Also, it was so quiet at night, just loved it all! Highly recommend this condo for a vacation in New Smyrna Beach!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely beachfront condo. Bob and Debbie are excellent hosts. They were very kind, helpful and thoughtful in all of our communications — even tailoring recommendations to our schedule and interests! The comfortable furniture, in-unit laundry and unbeatable view also made for a great stay. While we weren't traveling with children, we think families will appreciate Bob and Debbie's beach gear and the family-friendly atmosphere of the complex.

We had a fabulous week in New Smyrna Beach! Our condo at Moontide was absolutely beautifully decorated. We had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Bob and Debbie are wonderful hosts and great communicators. The beach was amazing and we will definitely be back!

New Smyrna Beach condo rental- WONDERFUL!
I have used VRBO to rent many properties both nationally and internationally. This is by far the best owner experience I have had. The owners communicated regularly with me prior to my arrival and checked up frequently while we were in the unit. The unit is located right on the beach with wonderful panoramic views from the terrace. It was very clean and well supplied with appropriate cooking and eating items. I highly recommend this unit to those who are thinking about visiting New Smyrna Beach. If possible, I would have given more than a 5-star review.
