Direttamente sul Golfo del Messico, la nostra casa lontano da casa è stato completamente ristrutturato. Abbiamo arredato con cura, per farvi sentire come a casa. La cucina è pieno di tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti. C'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto con una t. v., lettore DVD e film. C'è un letto pieghevole nel soggiorno. Questo permette per la comodità di due grandi letti in due camere separate. Per tutti voi appassionati di sport ... il soggiorno ha un 46'HD schermo piatto t. v., un lettore dvd e una libreria di film. Cavo gratuito ad internet ad alta velocità è disponibile per il vostro uso. Il nostro condominio ha tutti i comfort di casa e altro ancora. Un pacchetto e giocare presepe, sedie a sdraio, giocattoli sabbia e galleggianti sono nell'armadio per il vostro uso.
Vi è un ampio balcone privato con vista spettacolare sul Golfo del Messico, la piscina e la spiaggia di sabbia bianca di polvere. Sedersi e ammirare i magnifici tramonti e guardare i delfini che nuotano. Questa unità si trova al quarto piano, con vista sulla spiaggia, piscina riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio. Ci sono griglie a gas e carbone, con un area pic-nic a bordo piscina, per il vostro uso. Cabine spiaggia sono disponibili per l'affitto.
Fate una passeggiata lungo la spiaggia, un 1/4 di miglio al famoso Pass Village di Giovanni, dove si trova una vecchia passerella stile con negozi e ristoranti a bizzeffe. Oltre il ponte e siete a Gators, uno dei più grandi bar sul lungomare del mondo. Prova para-sailing, jet ski, noleggiare una barca o fare una crociera i corsi d'acqua, tra l'costiere o semplicemente rilassarsi sulla spiaggia. Ma, cosa più importante - BUON VACANZA!

Great location. Property was well stocked. Having beach equipment included was a great plus! The condo is tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here to others.

The property owners were very understanding and assisted us with a late check-in when our flight was cancelled. We arrived a day later at midnight. The check-in was seamless. The unit was clean and comfortable. You will need to buy a few essentials if staying longer as there were just a few to get you started. No beach towels but there were chairs and an umbrella for use. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen/cooking essentials. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything is as described in the listing.
The extras there made a big difference. They had a box fan, tent for the beach, chairs, etc. We had everything we needed. It’s nice to have things there to use that we couldn’t bring with us on a plane.
Communication was great with the owner.
The only two complaints we had was there were too many codes for everything: code for our unit, code for the elevator, code for the pool and bathrooms, and code for the beach access. The unit could also use a deep clean. There was dust on the walls and the shower was a little dirty.
These few things would not keep us from staying here again. This is a great unit and a great area. We were close to everything but it didn’t seem touristy.

This was the best equipped property we have stayed in. It is a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.
There were 2 things that were not 5 star to us. 1, it needs a deep cleaning. When we went to plug in a phone behind the end table there was ALOT of dust, and there was hair in the shower. 2, the complex desperately needs 2 elevators. These 2 things would not keep me from staying in this unit but should definitely be addressed.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was beautiful and nicely decorated and clean. Parking was terrible for our Chevy truck and my husband scraped his truck on the stucco causing significant damage. Decided on different parking spot because of this. The elevator was super slow so we used the stairs a lot. This would not prevent us from staying again.

Condo was exactly as listed. Comfortable king size bed. Beautiful beach views. Everything you need for a GREAT vacation. Plenty of bath towels, beach chairs & cooler to use on the beach. This was our 2nd stay in this condo and plan to stay again later this year.

We had an amazing stay! The condo is beautiful and is equipped with everything you need. The condo and the property are spotless. Also very secure. The hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning.

Loved this condo at Seabreeze! High end kitchen cabinets, plenty of glasses & wine glasses. Plenty of cookware to make a meal. Comfy living room furniture. King size bed perfect. I had concerns of not having laundry facilities but the laundry area was very close & easy to use. Location was perfect on the beach! A quiet area with a huge beachfront! Easy walk to restaurants & John’s Pass. Views from balcony breathtaking with gorgeous sunsets.

Great condo and a great location! The condo is equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked. The owner even supplied beach chairs! Great balcony set up too! I highly recommend this condo!

Our unit had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Whether there for fun or working or a hybrid, it was a great location. Clean, well stocked and beautiful ocean view.

The condo was accurately described and spacious. Sheets were soft, A/C worked well, lots of beach equipment, parking was east and we appreciated the outdoor seats. Overall, we just thoroughly enjoyed the space and location on the beach. It was our first time there and we loved it. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It was a great spot to stay! The condo was clean and easy to access. The water was right there and bonus points because they had beach chairs and umbrellas in the room available for us to use.

We were so excited to start our vacation, the unit was fantastic, clean, fresh and well equipped, our mornings begin with breakfast on the balcony with gorgeous ocean views, then spending the day on the beautiful white sand beach then take a refreshing dip in the pool followed by relaxing and taking in a some sun. Our first trip down was good but this vacation was even better now that we’ve gotten to know the place a little better. This is also a wonderful place to make a lot of new friends.

The property was clean, had a rather noisy neighbor tho that were apparently night fishermen, going in and out all hours of the night, banging and slamming doors, but we survived. The only other issue we had was having too many codes for everything, simplify it, and have them fix the elevator, it was super slow and very hot!

We were very pleased with the condo. The owners had stocked the kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils you could ever need. The updated kitchen is beautiful. We really appreciated the small coolers and beach chairs that made our days on the beach so enjoyable.

My husband & I have been coming to the gulf beaches for years. This was our 1st time staying in Maderia Beach. The location was perfect! The unit was everything we expected and we would definitely stay here again! The owners thought of almost everything you could need. Lots of beach items & the kitchen seemed well stocked (we didn’t cook) but nice knowing we could. We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Everything was great at this property and in the room. There were beach supplies for use in the room, which was helpful. Laundry was located on the floor and the room was stocked with all the household supplies you could need. We would certainly stay there again.

This is a very nice condo in a great location. The condo was clean, and well stocked with everything you need. The beach was beautiful. Communication with the owner and TRS was easy. My only concern is the fact that you need an actual key to enter the unit. Almost all units now have keypads which is WAY more convenient than having to use an actual key. Every other condo I have stayed at had a keypad for entry and the owner just gave me the code the day before check in. There was no need to stop at a place such as TRS to get the keys and to return the keys upon departure. Also no need to have to take a key with you whenever you went out of the condo. WAY more convenient with a keypad.

This place was so clean and had everything we needed.. The beach was very nice as was the pool area. We live that it is an 8 minutes stroll to John’s Pass. Only negative was the slow elevator otherwise it was perfect.

We really enjoyed the unit. Very clean and very nicely updated. They have everything you need. The property itself is also very well maintained. Every morning, a gentleman was outside cleaning, sweeping, organizing the pool furniture, and spraying everything down with a hose. Hot tub and pool were very nice. Beach was not crowded and clean. Close to about everything we wanted. We will go back.

This unit was perfect! Although it’s listed as a one bedroom, could easily accommodate 4 people! The Murphy bed was comfortable and convenient. Walking distance to Johns Pass and other restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We met great people, enjoyed the beach and all it has to offer. I would totally stay here again, without hesitation. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo! Amazing views, nice pool and big hot tub. The owners thought of everything, super comfy beach chairs, beach toys and games for the kids, playpen for my grandbaby when she visited, soft close cabinet drawers was a nice touch, we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Property was super clean and pool area was well maintained. I will come back for sure!

My wife and I are in our mid sixties and it was perfect for us. Condo was clean, bed was huge and comfortable, view was fantastic. Super nice beach chairs in the closet. Only complaints were the elevator sometimes was slow but wasn't a problem most times, and when we first got there the place where we got the keys didn't have our reservation on their listing and it took longer to get it straightened out. Overall we would definitely rent again.

We had an amazing week at this location. Everything as described, very roomy condo, fully equipped kitchen,fantastic view, walking distance to local restaurants, Publix a short drive… museum of Salvador Dali is must to see , parasailing, jet ski, tours available.

Your property was awesome. We really got to relax and eat some great seafood at local restaurants. Your Condo has everything I mean everything that a condo can have. I special liked having all the equipment you need for the beach. It is a beautiful place to watch sunsets on the beach or from the balcony. We would highly recommend it to friends and family. Overall nice property. Great location on the beach. Older building and very small slow elevator. Unit was nicely decorated and had everything you need. The cleanliness was ok, but not great. It could use a good deep cleaning and more attention to detail between guests.
