We had a large group staying at the condo and Monique was in constant contact to be able to help accommodate us. The condo was beautiful, the rooms cleanly, coffee and coffee pods provided for, and the condo is very close to the Little Nell and the slopes. Absolutely perfect convenience for everything we wanted to do on the visit.

We had an amazing stay at Monique’s Condo. Her place was very tidy with wonderful views and walking distance to everything! Monique was an amazing host as she helped with restaurants and things to do during our stay. We will definitely be back to experience summer in Aspen!

The unit is very well appointed and very well stocked. The location is just on the edge of town with many shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance. The shuttle is to many other activities is just a short walk as well. Monique is very attentive and checked in regularly during our stay. We highly recomend this property.

Super unit! Three bedrooms with all the kitchen items you could possibly need to cook! Outdoor hot tub & pool are great in any season. Laundry in complex, near pool. Well done!

We loved this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with high end cookware and the beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Lots of thoughtful items were in place to make the stay very comfortable.

We just returned from a great family vacation in Aspen. We loved staying in this unit at the Durant. The views are unbelievable thanks, in part, to the floor to ceiling windows that can be opened. This unit was perfect for our family of 4 (including 2 kids). Easy access to the newly renovated pool and a very short walk to the restaurants in town. The homeowner could not have been more gracious or hospitable! We look forward to staying here again sometime!

Perfect spot in Aspen. The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of town and right next to the gondola -short pretty walk down the sidewalk to both. The property was clean and functional with beautiful wall of windows and electronic shades that we just left up for the view. even the grocery store was close by, which made it easy to walk down to get items for the house whenever you like. While my kids and I skied, my wife did not, so she was able to walk around town and spend time in the house, but still feel connected to wherever she wanted to go. We found it very helpful also that the house had salt, pepper, spices, and other things to help cooking be that much easier. The free shuttle service around town was very helpful too. It’s like a free Uber app. The buses that take you to Snowmass and Aspen Highlands, the two other mountains, was literally right down the road. The ski storage was right nearby to when we rented at Incline ski rentals. just as importantly, Monique was the most responsive property manager and owner that I’ve ever dealt with. She bends over backwards to help and responds whenever you need her. Super friendly and helpful! A+

The condo is beautiful and conveniently located. However, it is up a hill from town, and up two flights of stairs with luggage. If there is an elevator to bring things up, we didn’t find it. No laundry in unit.

We enjoyed this lovely condo! Close to everything, mountain views from the couch. The condo is designed well with inviting beds and beautiful sheets. We would be happy to return!

This is our 3rd year visiting the property. As always, the property was in great shape and the property manager was there almost immediately whenever we needed assistance. If you are looking for neat place to stay in Aspen, this is it!

Let me begin by saying Monique, the property owner, is an AMAZING HOST! We rented the condo for a month, and leading up to it, Monique made sure we were overly prepared for our stay. She provided additional photos and comprehensive details about everything in the rental. She even offered to make reservations for rental cars and reservations for us! Upon arriving, we were impressed with the quality of pretty much everything in the apartment, from the linens to the silverware. Usually, rentals just provide the bare minimum, that was not the case here - Monique's kitchen came equipped with just about everything a cook needs for a vacation. If there was anything additional needed, Monique offered to purchase it and have it delivered to the unit. In addition to Monique, her cleaning team came in twice a week and were fantastic. We had one minor issue with a service in Aspen, and Monique handled the situation immediately, like a pro! The unit itself, is a 2-5 minute walk to the heart of downtown Aspen. The only thing to note is that the walk up to the unit is up a slight hill, so if you're flying in from Florida or 7 months pregnant (like one of our guests), you might be breathing a *little* harder while getting used to the altitude - but it really isn't bad, so don't let it deter you! The condo's 3 bedrooms are pretty spacious - We had 6 adults staying together for the long weekend and it worked out great! All the electronics and appliances worked perfectly. The condo building has a really unique design, where you feel a sense of privacy in each unit. Pool + hot tub were great for the warmer days this summer. Overall, I'd give our stay a 10/5 stars, but that's apparently not possible! I almost don't want to write this review because we'd love to keep this gem to ourselves! Thank you, Monique for a wonderful stay!

For a spring/summer visit, this location was ideal! The condo was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Stocked with everything you could need and well-organized. Our favorite aspect were the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living space which were able to be opened wide and turn the whole room into an outdoor patio. Monica was a great host and incredibly responsive and helpful.

The property is amazing. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Great pool and the location can't be beat. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Monique met us upon arrival and explained everything. The condo is well equipped with absolutely everything you need. The location is ideal--just up the hill from the base of Ajax mountain and the bus depot, which you can use to access other mountains. The view from the living room is very nice, and you can build a fire, which makes it even nicer, as you watch the snow and the fire. Our outbound flight was delayed a day and luckily the condo wasn't booked, so Monique offered a discounted rate for the extra day. We had a great time, and it was a perfect location and unit for a family of four like ours. Overall, was a great experience, with a friendly and responsive owner. We'll be back.
