- Door code provided did not work. Reception didn't answer phone so had to drive back and wait in check-in line once again. Our party lost about an hour of our weekend vacation time, which was disappointing. Recommend self check-in be implemented. - insufficient number of towels provided - kitchen was very well stocked with cooking items but would have liked some basics salt, pepper, condiments, and more coffee, etc. Some knives were very dull to the point of being unusable. - The place itself was in good shape and as advertised and very clean with some nice touches such as decorative towel and bathroom arrangements. Beds were comfortable. Lots of windows and natural light.

This was our Christmas holiday trip and we saved all year to rent a luxury chalet ar Mt. Tremblant. Instead we spent a fortune for four nights in a very average chalet. The bed was broken and never fixed...we had only 2 parking spots for a family of 10 ...a meager two logs for our fireplace (4nights stay)...no hot tub as advertised....for the same price we could have gone on a cruise. We knew it would be expensive but we dont feel we got value for our money. And I am really mad that I can only access the loved it button and not the not really
