The unit was very nice as described. We enjoyed the quietness of the community and the beaches were not crowded. Elevators were fast and we never had to wait on it. The view from the balcony was just perfect and the sunrise each morning was gorgeous while enjoying breakfast.

We love staying in this condo, and this past weekend was no exception. We were able to book for a quick getaway almost immediately and the host was helpful and friendly as possible. Everything was clean and well furnished, we weren’t lacking any supplies. The location is perfect and the view from the balcony is stunning!

Gorgeous view from the balcony, right on the ocean. Comfy beds and seating. Kitchen is a little small but that was fine since we didn't want to do a lot of cooking. Super-fast communication from the owner when we had a question. We had a great week at the beach!

I was a little worried about my condo because of past experience…but we are so happy,,,the room was clean with well organized dining and kitchen.very easy parking lots, easy access beach and great customer service support…

Overall this place is so quiet and safe. It’s a great place for family, it’s not commercial and overcrowded so we were able to fully relax! Our place was really nice, the bathrooms and space is probably the best part about it. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had the best time and will absolutely be booking again.

This was exactly as advertised. I couldn't go into the garage due to a luggage rack but the parking was plentiful on the main level. Communication with the manager was easy and quick. Definitely coming back next year!

We have been going to this condo for years now and it is always our first choice. We recently stayed as it was our 25th Anniversary and we couldn’t have planned a better place to go! The check in and check out is so easy and the hosts have done an excellent job in furnishing this condo, as well as the instructions and anything else you could need.
We, of course, will be back again soon!

Lovely stay for a short break between moving my son out of the dorms and the drive home. Very nice condo with a fantastic location and peaceful beach. Owners communicated all needed info efficiently and the condo was well stocked with necessities. Would stay again.

We just returned from our third year at Ormond Beach in this beautiful condo right on the beach. The location is perfect, the view is amazing and the condo is comfortable and everything you could want. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond and make the visit easy to book. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Property was nice. There were items broken when we got there. I notified them with the list of item. Some things I fixed but some I could not. So after it was all said and done. I was charged for the broken items. Ridiculous!! We didn't even break anything and fixed some of the items. So much for helping out. So if you stay there be aware of the extra charges. And pray that nothing is broken or a light bulb goes out. You may be charged for that also. Ridiculous.

It was a really nice week. Only issue we had was the garage remote didn't work but the property manager was responsive trying to help reset it. Never ended up being an issue. Did have a lot of construction on the property the week we were there but affected the stay minimally.

We loved the location. The beach was relaxing and was not inundated with people. We were close to everything we needed and had a lot of fun. The only complaint we had was that the beds were not very comfortable, especially the pull-out, and the chairs in the living room were not practical for sitting in to have a movie night togher, etc. Otherwise we loved it.

Host was great at communicating, very polite. Room was spotless. Lenin’s we’re clean there were more than enough for the family. Beach towels. Bed was so comfortable, tv’s in every room including front room. There was also a Xbox for the kids to use in the living room with 4 controllers. Location was everything we expected. The kids had a great time , we were just mile away from all Daytona and Flagler attractions. It was jus an all around great getaway. It will also be a great romantic place for just spouses. This is a must see and definitely on the re-visit list for us …

We were visiting Ormond Beach for a funeral. Location was great with a beautiful view. We had to contact the hosts for check-in information as it was not delivered upon check-in time. After a few attempts to contact the hosts, we finally reached one of them. She apologized profusely for the information not being in the system.
The master bedroom mattress ought to be changed. It was extremely uncomfortable and had major dips which led to poor sleep. The twin mattresses in the second bedroom were more comfortable. Everything else in the condo was great. Check out process was easy. Tall pick-up trucks (over 7’) might have a problem entering the underground garage. No worries, as we just parked in the many spots up top. Overall, it was a good experience.

The process was super easy!! Communications with the property owners was always quick and the property was wonderful. It had everything it says and then some. You definitely won't be disappointed!! Great neighborhood that's very close to Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach which we also love!!

Direct ocean frontage, 10th floor views, amazing sunrises. We lucked out and had perfect weather with almost nobody else on the beach. Much prefer this town to Daytona or similar places - very laid back.
Condo had nice sized bathrooms and rooms in general were a good size. Porch was awesome.
Having washer and dryer in the unit were appreciated.
Could be updated some but, for the price, you can’t beat it. Would love to own this one.

We enjoyed our stay in this ocean side condo. We found it very clean and in a great location. We were impressed at who quickly the owners got back to us when we had a couple of questions. One negative was that when all the extra charges are added up it increased the overall price significantly. It would be nice if the price listed reflected more closely the actual price. That being said we would happily stay here again and strongly recommend this property.

Wife and I went here for a weekend getaway. View was excellent, the place was clean and quiet, and the view was amazing. Couldn’t really ask for more!

We enjoyed the morning walks on the beach and the nighttime chats on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Enough amenities just like our own home. Excellent communication with our hosts. A little chilly this time of year but a much needed relaxation. Will definitely book again in the future.
