Zeer gewaardeerd.

Petra & Mr Tom Tom are wonderful. So friendly & helpful. Definitely stay here if you want a fantastic host who makes breakfast & goes above & beyond. It's a very social place.
Location is very near TTP & BKK 1&2. Can get a tuktuk almost immediately, or Mr Tom Tom can take you.
Quiet.... for Cambodia. No where here is totally quiet but I lived 9 years in PP, this is the best you will get.
Had a fridge, kettle, aircon, hot shower!

Petra is a delightful host and she looked after us very well. There was an airport pick up organised for us. Room was spacious with a very high ceiling. Bed was comfortable. Great choice of breakfast fares and amazing coffee. Also, there are parties hosted weekly for the Dutch expat community at the premises, but we (though not Dutch) were welcomed too and it was fun to chat to people from really different walks of life with a uniting love for Cambodia. We got valuable advice for our travels. And not to forget a great salad bar at the party (Thanks for that Petra <3)
Supermarket is nearby, a couple of really pretty cafes too. It's easy to grab a tuktuk around.
I recommend this property for comfortable stay with a great personal touch from the host.
just be aware that main tourist attractions are not walking distance (more than an hour walk can be exhausting in scorching heat)

The hostess was wonderful. Her communication was prompt, professional and consistently updated me on my stay. Twice my plans changed and both times Petra was able to meet my needs with no hassle. TomTom the TukTuk driver is the best! Use him as much as you can as he is very knowledgeable and fun!
The breakfast was a little underwhelming. I’ve stayed in many B&Bs throughout the US and Asia and the breakfast here was subpar. Eggs, toast was pretty much all we were offered.

Petra is delightful and very helpful.

Clean and comfy and an awesome breakfast

Cozy, comfortable and clean place.
Petra is very welcoming, kind and collaborative. You feel at home with her hospitality.
There's always a tuk tuck driver available to take you around.
The bathroom didn't have a separate shower meaning the whole floor would get wet, but that is normal in Cambodia.

Fantastic B&B! Petra is a great host, going beyond to help surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. She creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the breakfast is the best we’ve had in an accommodation in SEA. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and it’s in a quiet location yet still surrounded by restaurants and cafes!

We loved everything about this hotel and didn’t want to leave. Petra is possibly the most welcoming, kind and thoughtful host we’ve ever met in our travels! Everything here just works! We’d travelled SE Asia for 8 months and this was the first room we’d had with working bedside lamps, two bedside tables, fridge, hairdryer that worked too and (shock horror!) two matching coffee cups! There’s tea, coffee and herbal tea in your room, with extra supplies in the foyer. The breakfast was fabulous - just like being at home in Europe - muesli, cereal, eggs, toast, coffee, tea, juice - perfect start to the day. We found the bed and pillows to be really comfy too.
The location is also really good and a short tuk tuk ride to everything, you can actually walk to stuff too if it’s not too hot. The foyer is also a cool bar with good priced drinks and Dutch snacks too.
This is a very simple, super clean guest house for a great price in central Phnom Penh and just happens to have the loveliest host you’re likely to meet - it will be the only place we’ll stay next time in PP.
Absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Other reviews mention noise - we didn’t have a problem and anyway you can’t be in central PP and not have some noise!! We slept very well at night.

On arrival a warm welcome by the hostess and owner Petra and from there on feeling at home. Very helpfull and sweet supporting she is! Also TomTom the tuktuk driver of the hostel. He a local with knowledge took us throughout the city.
Room is very nice, good bed, fridge, watercooker, nice shower.
Choice of good restaurants nearby.
The breakfast is amazing. In the evening a glass of wine and good company in the living room, we really appreciated everything. As a dutchman; even bitterballen and cookies wooow
Eeeeeeh no cons

Great simple breakfast of toast, spreads and cereal
Room was spacious

Air con could've been a bit stronger/colder

Petra goes out of her way to know and serve guests, and getting to know her and fellow guests over her delicious breakfasts was a highlight.

We all enjoyed our stay with Petra. She was welcoming, and helped answer questions even before we arrived. It was wonderful to have Mr. Tom Tom pick us up at the bus station when we arrived and lovely to be able to enjoy breakfast every morning before heading out to explore. The area is very walkable with a good mix of places to eat close by. Petra was great at sharing reccomendations and sharing suggestions and insights.

Had a fabulous stay at this accommodation. Petra was very helpful and welcoming and arranged airport pick up for us with her driver Mr. TomTom. we were also greeted with a welcoming drink! Our room was clean and spacious and we had a fridge and kettle. Breakfast was delicious, and included granola, Greek yogurt, fried eggs, unlimited toast and coffee etc. Drinking water available at all times! Great location, only around the corner from fresh fruit and vegetable markets, coffee shops, gyms and street food stalls! Would highly recommend!

First of all, Petra was the most amazing host. It really felt for us like staying at our aunties house, which was lovely. She greeted us when we arrived and offered us a drink on the house. We then sat down and had a lovely chat after which she explained to us where in Phnom Penh we were located and where all the things to do and see where relative to the hotel. We loved the location of her guesthouse, close to everything that the are TTP has to offer. Lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. Even S-21, the must visit Genocide museum in Phnom Penh was only a 15 minute walk away. So for us the location was perfect.
Breakfast was lovely, with unlimited toast, several different spreads, muesli and eggs available. Coffee and tea included too. For us Dutchies who'd been away from the Netherlands for a while now, the Dutch snacks that Petra makes herself were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend trying the bitterballen as they were delicious!
The room was simple but very comfortable. Especially the bed was super comfy, probably one of the most comfiest we've had in SEA. Bathroom was great and clean with a hot water shower.
Then there also was Mr Tomtom, the most amazing personal tuktuk driver you can ask for. He can take you anywhere in and around the city against fair prices.
We had an amazing time staying here and we'd highly recommend booking if you're coming to Phnom Penh!
For us everything was exactly as expected and we wouldn't change a thing.

Our stay at Petra‘s place was unique, authentic and pure. if you’re looking for a little relaxation during your visit in the capital- this is the place to stay - also big thanks to the driver Tom Tom for all his kind help. Last but not least - don’t leave without trying some Dutch cakes you’ll love it

Not very clean, old towels, no drinking water. No sign outside to tell the driver the name of property. Very poor breakfast, overcooked fried egg and a piece of toast.

The guesthouse is part of 'Holland House' owned by the very friendly Petra. Part of it is their office, with a huge open plan area downstairs and some bedrooms upstairs. The room is a good size and the bed is comfortable.
Petra is a great host. It's always nice to be greeted with a cold beer! There is a big communal table so you can meet other guests. Breakfast is good and she will make it whatever time you want.
There was kareoke at night outside, but that's Cambodia. There is a LOT of kareoke!

The owner Petra is super friendly and kind. She makes you feel at home. The whole environment is very welcoming.
The room is comfortable, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also great.

The GH arranges for airport pickup for $10, with their really helpful TukTuk driver and general factotum, Bong Tomtom.
He can take you anywhere you wish, during your stay in PNH. The Dutch owner, Petra is caring, warm and makes sure you are comfortable and helps remove any obstacle you should encounter. It is also located very close to the Russian Market, my fav food haunt, and my doctor is right behind on the next street. It was all in all, very convenient and made for a lovely PNH re-visited.
Just to remember there is no lift, so if you are mobility challenged, Petra can find you a more convenient room, that is not on the upper floors.

Petra's wonderful B&B was the best place we stayed in Cambodia. We had such a relaxing stay here.
Great rooms, good mattresses and quiet, we slept like rocks. AC was perfect, never too cold and not too hot and no musty smell.
Breakfast was great (toast with various spreads,, muesli, eggs, tea/coffee) and we met lots of other travelers in the morning and shared stories.
Location perfect, you are close to several markets, nice restaurants, and a very short tuktuk drive to the main sites, which you can take with the delightful Mr Tomtom who works there.
Petra was so welcoming, kind and we really felt at home and happy. Thank you so much!

Very welcoming B&B, we felt very comfortable and at home. Petra is a thoughtful and helpful host. Thanks for a great stay!
It's not right in the centre, but its easy to get there by tuk tuk and it's close to restaurants and some of the attractions, so that's not necessarily a bad thing.
