The location and view are superb. The staff is friendly and the pool is amazing.

the view, the pool. and the fact that it lies uphill from Levanto itself, a bit more secluded. breakfast is really nice as are the staff. there is a free shuttle bus into town, free parking on the spot. we had a wonderful stay! would come back anyday!

Amazing location, great views directly from the room, the pool, the terrace. we really enjoyed our time in this oasis away from the hustle of levanto. shuttle worked perfectly fine. if only all staff were es friendly and enganged as Gianni - he really made our stay! apart from him unfortunately the team seems a bit demotivated and not too happy about serving the guests. also, too bad the terrace is not being used for a proper restaurant, this would be the perfect spot for dinner&sunset!

We have been diving through Italy for 16 days and this was the best accommodation we stayed. Great value for money. Spectacular views from the pool, from the room balcony and form dining area. Great relaxing pool area. Super organised free transport to town center. Wide choice for breakfast, Italian and continental. Excellent, we wish we could stay longer.

I guess beer and local wine was a bit overpriced. Small peroni e4, small glass of local cheap wine e4.

Excellent shuttle service and great view

Photos do not reflect the current state of the hotel. Neither the room nor the pool were clean. Most (but not all) of the personel was unpleasant. The breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel was in a fantastic, quiet location up the hill from the very busy town, right along the trail to hike to Monterosso. The free shuttle service made it very easy to get into Levanto and back. The staff was always friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The whole facility was very clean. The views were amazing and we truly enjoyed our stay there.
