We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Orange Beach. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The parking was available and so convenient especially since we brought small children and their safety is always upmost in our minds. We were hesitant because we usually stay in a smaller complex but this one was quiet, and never seemed crowded. The pool area was a huge hit with the grandchildren and the grill area was also situated in a great area.

This place was fantastic. Took family vacation, 5 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5. This place was perfect! Lots to do close by too! We will be back! Only suggest...provide a mop. I bought a swiffer to use. With all of the littles things get dropped on the floor.

The property is beautifully decorated, easy access from car to door. The lazy river, water slide and pool were a plus for our group. The washer & dryer was nice to wash beach towels & swimwear. The kitchen was stocked well enough but some pieces need to be restocked. Measuring spoons, blades for hand mixer. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer dish soap, laundry detergent, bath soap. Salt & pepper and any spices there is nothing! Ceiling fan in living room needs repaired it makes a clicking noise. The patio door is shard to open.

Condo has all everything you need for a great beach trip. The kids enjoyed the lazy river, indoor pool and water slide. Everyone enjoyed the beach!! Condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores.

It was spacious, clean and love the fact you can park on the same level as the condo!

Upon arrival noticed that the glass on the kitchen table had a large crack in it that they taped. At the first meal it cracked all the way across and left sharp edges. They did come and remove it the next day.
The bathrooms had some mold in the showers and the floor was not cleaned very well and the corners had sand in them. Also the toilets did not flush very well.
I would recommend putting a large rug in the living room area to help soften the hard tile floor and allows a soft place for young children to play.

It was a very nice condo, it was a lot of extra cost to buy garbage bags and soaps . We would suggest to at the very least keep some of that in the premises we understand why you don’t keep spices or seasonings. Overall the place was very clean and area was very family friendly.

The location of the condo is great! The balcony is spacious and love the access from the master bedroom. Several issues with cleanliness. Master bath toilet was not clean nor was the shower (mold/mildew around bottom of shower). One of the other bathrooms had some blood that my daughter had to clean off. Candy found on the floor in the living room. Need to update appliances. Oven took awhile to heat up and refrigerator drawer did not function properly.

The condo was a great size, each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Parking was great, it was on the same floor as the condo so it was easy to go places. Pool and beach were close so that was awesome. Only problem was the condo was not clean. My bed felt like it had sand in it so I ended up washing the sheets. One shower in the bathroom was dirty. The floors were filthy. We had three kids under the age of floor and after less than ten minutes of arrival their feet were black. My husband wore white socks because he forgot his slippers and I’m not sure even bleach will get them clean. Loved the condo but can’t stand being dirty!!!

We stayed in unit 503 and was pleased with the unit. It was located in a convenient area of the building. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had 9 adults and 2 baby beds and everyone was comfortable and had their own space. Both guests bedrooms had 2 queen beds and both bedrooms had its own bathroom. The balcony was spacious and had plenty of seating. The furniture was nice and not worn looking or dirty with plenty of seating in the living room and dining room. I would recommend this unit for a family or a large group.

Our first time in orange beach or a Phoenix property and we are in love with both. We have four kids. There was so much space and it’s the first time no one fought over showers or bathrooms. The fifth floor view is centrally located. Parking is on the same floor.covered, and super fast to access. The pin pad door entry is better than keys. Lazy river was a hit with the kids. The beach was stunning. Check in and out we’re fast and literally no issue at all. The condo has nice furnishings and lots of counter space. There weren’t a ton of cooking supplies or maybe they weren’t awesomely organized but it didn’t stop us. Coastal is two doors down and is fantastic to walk to on the beach with or without kids. Walmart and Publix across the street. We will be back.

We were very impressed with the size of the rooms, the balcony with lots of seating, the stainless steel appliances. The easy parking and unloading from room 503. The air was cold, everything there to cook with. We loved the high ceilings. Short walk to the beach. It was great hav8ng choices from the ocean, to the pool, the lazy river and the two huge hot tubs. We will definitely stay there again. I couldn't seem to get the emails but i left messages and they were kind and upstanding and gave us all the information we needed.

This 5th floor condo is AMAZING! Parking on the 5th floor practically right outside the front door was so convenient. Condo was very spacious and clean. The large balcony, balcony furniture and view were the best! Fast communication with the owner.

Good morning We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo.the overall experience was great!The unit was beautiful and gave us ladies plenty of room and beautiful views!The staff we encountered were professional and genuinely friendly and accommodating.now for the downside:The unit itself when you walked looked great, however, once you were settled we realized it wasn’t clean.The kitchen counters were sticky, grimy and had gunk on them.the cabinets had dirty dishes and cookware.The fridge had dirty shelves and smelled of shrimp which was apparent, because there were tell-tale signs of shrimp. Also, the floors were dirty and underneath every piece of furniture in the condo, hadn’t been swept or mopped in quite some time.and, that was evident in the bedrooms as well.We found bottle tops, empty bottle of wine(by the nightstand) fingernails, candy wrappers and candy underneath the beds and couch and dust and other debris. if you need pics for proof of uncleanliness for your cleaning crew we have such.Also, the dishwasher was not working properly.we attempted to wash coffee cups several times, before just hand washing them.Also, maintenance needs to check all of the outlets, because half of them don’t work. Once again, we did enjoy this unit and our stay.I’m not one to complain, but if was condo owner I would want to be aware of this issue. We did send an email to the management company regarding the issues but never received a response back. thank you,Rachel Mayfield

Great views and location. The only thing I would have to say about this unit is the living room couch was so uncomfortable to sit on that no family members sat on the couch the whole stay. When we checked in the floors were vacuumed but not mopped everyone that took their shoes off walking around had black on the bottoms of their feet. Hope this helps.
