Perfect two family beach house
Questa bellissima nuova Bach è perfetta per le tue prossime vacanze in famiglia. La moderna casa con 3 camere da letto è collegata a una zona notte con un enorme ponte. Il sonno è autonomo con 2 camere da letto e un bagno separato, quindi è ottimo per due famiglie che stanno insieme. La casa principale ha una grande zona giorno a pianta aperta che è l'ideale per intrattenere. Tutto rivolto a nord, quindi ottiene tutto il giorno il sole!
Questo Bach è perfetto per due famiglie che vogliono andare in vacanza insieme o per la famiglia allargata. È fantastico per i bambini piccoli, dato che abbiamo noi stessi dei bambini piccoli!
NOTA: secondo la tradizione Kiwi bach, è necessario: pulire la casa e lavare i piatti prima di partire; Porta la tua biancheria (asciugamani / lenzuola / strofinacci);

What a great location and wonderful setting. This was very family friendly. We had two families and each got their own space. Would definitely recommend!

Cool spot to chill with friends and catch up. Great for our group that included 5 kids age 2-11. Not super close to the water but an easy walk to very nice beach for kids. Was super easy all the way around.

Amazing property, great for family of 5 with young kids. Lots of room for them to run round outside. Quiet neighbourhood. Hosts were amazing with communication and understanding of situation we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Our first time to Cooks and we had a fantastic stay. The bach had everything we needed and was perfect for our 2 families to have separate sleeping areas. Really good having 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges and a big freezer. Outside shower was brilliant for washing the sand from the beach off. Great location, walking distance to shops and kids could bike around the little lake across the road. Great deck area, patch of grass for kids to play on and the property was clean with lots of good DVDs and board games. We will definitely be back.

Our first time to Cooks and we had a fantastic stay. The bach had everything we needed and was perfect for our 2 families to have separate sleeping areas. Really good having 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges and a big freezer. Outside shower was brilliant for washing the sand from the beach off. Great location, walking distance to shops and kids could bike around the little lake across the road. Great deck area, patch of grass for kids to play on and the property was clean with lots of good DVDs and board games. We will definitely be back.

We really appreciated the space within the property and the ability to be together but not quite in each other's pockets. There were masses of crockery, games, beds. Good property to stay at. Very private when using property from landlords. Easy going. No hidden surprises.

House/es are great for families, nice, clean, tidy and well presented property. Would recommend if you're looking for a property that can accommodate a large/multiple families. Great location as is handy to all the tourist spots but not too busy. Would definitely stay here again :)

The had a great experience living in the beach house for 2 days. Everything was clean and provided (even with seasoning and oil for cooking). One thing lacking was the plastic bag for rubbish but it wasn't a big deal at all. Would recommend for big group of friends and families.

Great property, facilities, and location. Definitely, recommend for people with a larger traveling group as it comfortably slept the 8 of us who went.
