As advertised

We were in Anchorage for just one night prior to leaving on a cruise. Johanna was very responsive my questions and was quick to come and replace some burned out light bulbs. Parking was convenient right next to the building. Everything was pretty much as pictured. Bed was comfy. Only thing was, that as a tea drinker, I would have liked a kettle but a pot will always suffice. Would stay here again.

We just stayed here for one night before we flew out. But would go back and stay longer. It was clean and close to everything Anchorage has to offer.

Priced well for single traveler; very comfortable, just right space.

We had a great overnight at this property. The location was excellent for eating out and getting to the airport. Very clean, good amenities, host was amazing and set up the sofa bed 😊. Thank you, would stay again.

The apartment was very clean and well kept in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very easy to get to downtown, airport or eating establishments. Definitely would stay here again.

The place was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. When the painters showed up to work the host brought me a goodie bag. Totally unnecessary but a very nice touch of hospitality. Highly recommend this property. I will be back.

The apartment had several updates but had a “smell” which I think is just older carpet. The memory foam bed was great and the kitchen was well stocked. I did make a suggestion to the owner to ensure the bathroom sink has a stopper as you could lose jewelry, etc and I believe they are going to make that change.

The sheets appeared dirty/stained. I notified the property owner at check out. We were too tired to deal with it upon arrival after traveling all day. Property owner responded and told me the sheets will be tossed. Other than that the apartment met our needs for a quick stop.

The apartment was generally fine but the host did not send me info on how to access it until I asked several times and until the afternoon of our arrival. We did appreciate the nice fluffy towels and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The 2 large TVs were nice as well. When we contacted the host about an issue with hot water, she texted back that we must not have waited long enough. We stayed a week and the hot water in the bathroom sink never got better than lukewarm although the kitchen sink was better. Thankfully, the shower would get hot enough to scald ... once the hot water DID finally get there. A few little things too: There were two stools and a bench for the high kitchen table but one of the stools had two dangerously loose rungs. I actually repaired that chair myself so it was safe to use. Also, there was no crank handle on the bedroom window. I found the handle hidden in a drawer on the last day. And with no A/C and sunny, 60 degree plus 15 hour days, the apartment got a bit warm.

Great place to stage an exploration of the Anchorage area. Great walking trails that start right at the building, easy access to grocery stores and great recommendations for restaurants!

Really appreciated the cleanliness and how the apt is set up. Had everything we needed, slept well and it was pretty quiet. The sofa bed was fine to sleep on - woke up refreshed with no kinks or stiffness. Nice place. 👍👍

Unit was exactly as described and pictured. Great location. Easy check in and check out process. Definitely would stay here again!
