Rio Blessings è una casa di nuova costruzione (2017) nella suddivisione Tierra Linda, situata a pochi minuti dalla sede della musica House Pasture, dal ConCan Country Club & Golf Course e dal Frio River. Questa spaziosa casa di 3300 piedi quadrati offre una cucina open space, sala da pranzo e soggiorno con soffitti a volta. 5 camere da letto, tutte con ventilatori a soffitto e bagni privati, ospiteranno 27 ospiti. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di ripiani in quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio (tra cui microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con porta francese con macchina per il ghiaccio e gamma). Caffettiere, frullatore, tostapane, grande piastra elettrica, fornello lento, grande distributore di tè, pentole, padelle, piatti e utensili sono tutti lì! Una lavatrice e asciugatrice, 3 grandi TV a schermo piatto con satellite e WiFi aggiungono al vostro divertimento e comfort.
All'esterno potrete godervi la brezza del sud e la vista sulle colline da un ampio portico coperto e un'area cabana che si affaccia sulla piscina privata e sulla spa riscaldata. Questa zona è recintata e ben illuminata per la sicurezza e il divertimento notturno. La cucina esterna dispone di un frigorifero di dimensioni complete, un sacco di spazio sul bancone, lavandino, bar con sgabelli, 2 tavoli rotondi con sedie per mangiare e giochi e una grande TV a schermo piatto (satellitare). Fornito in questa zona è un pozzo barbecue con fumatore, un pozzo del fuoco e un mezzo bagno. Tether-ball, a ferro di cavallo e rondelle aggiungono divertimento.

Family vacation, with my wife's family, had a wonderful time. Spent time with he kids having a blast in the pool and playing outdoor games. Great adult conversation and drinks with loved ones without a schedule, just fun and relaxation. Great escape from the daily rat race.

Rio Blessing is a great house with all the amenities. Plenty of comfortable bed with linens provided which was a plus. The outside pool area was awesome and where we spent our time when not at the river. Lots of parking was also a plus. The house is furnished VERY well with plenty of dishes, utensils, and everything you need to cook. Proximity to the house pasture was nice also.

This home was amazing !!! Absolutely loved the kitchen an all that it was equipped with we lacked nothing . The home was clean and ready for us . The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was the best !!! We enjoyed eating , dancing, playing games , and the hot tub . Having a second refrigerator outside truly helped with the 20 individuals we had in our group. If there was anything I would change is the temperature . We really could not find a medium . It was either too warm or too cold. It would’ve been nice not having to change the temperature every other hour. Overall I soy al recommend this home . Rio Blessings was a BLESSING on our 4 day stay.
