Off the beaten path but close enough to town to walk. Very peaceful place.

Let me start this review by noting I have stayed at the property twice now - first time was in one of the much larger units which was 10/10. This flat met expectations and the host was quick to reply when we had issues w the fridge but wished we never had the issue to start. Very clean except for a few bugs in the shower and the fridge. It wasn’t that the fridge was dirty per se but the seal was sticky, had drips out of the fridge because of it and pulled the seal off enough to affect the temp. Hopefully they took my suggestion and replaced the fridge instead of trying to jam the seal back in - a hassle and kind of gross. My fault for not noticing in the pics but THERE IS NO FREEZER. Not even a little one to refreeze ice packs. Major hassle for a summer trip. Definitely would stay again but plan differently.

This is our 2nd stay at the flats and we enjoyed it very much. The flat is clean and well equipped with a comfortable king sized bed and nice bed linens. The only minor issue is that someone obviously broke the wine glasses and there was only 1 left. Certainly NOT a big deal. We’ll be back next year.

The space is clean comfortable and bright with natural light. The view of the green space past the patio is pleasant. The king bed, reading chair and sofa are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. My only recommendation is that the mini fridge include a freezer section.

Splendid. Modern construction in a great neighborhood. Communication with the owners was the best ever encountered and vrbo and was flawless. Checked in with us early on, and right before, during as we are prepared to leave. Cozy abode for the two of us with an incredible view over the Prairie off the back patio. Would definitely rent again.

Great property, great location. Modern but comfy feel. Very clean with all amenities needed for a week. Walkable to everything in Egg Harbor but also quiet with serene nature right out back from the patio. From Egg Harbor you can easily explore the whole peninsula. Easy, fast communication with the hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I had a reunion in beautiful Door County. It was the perfect location for us. We took day trips to Fish Creek for shopping and restaurants, across the peninsula to check out Cana Lighthouse and also made it to Washington Island. The modern architecture was so unique & we enjoyed the fire pit several nights. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was absolutely stunning in a prime location with a short drive to areas like Egg Harbor and Sturgeon bay. My significant other and I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again! Clear communication and was very clean.

I brought my boyfriend to Door County to explore for his birthday. We loved the proximity to breweries and national parks for hiking. The property was comfy and provided everything we needed.

Our second stay here and I am sure we will be back again. Love this place! The location is convenient for exploring, it is quiet, comfortable, and clean. The hosts do a great job making sure everything is great during your stay. We enjoyed just relaxing watching Netflix when the weather turned rainy. The design is beautiful and modern and simple. Rob and Suzie have really nailed it. They have paid attention to the details and we appreciate that! We also love Egg Harbor since it is more laid back, and yet easy to visit other villages when we want to. But honestly, we have spent most of our time nearby! Thanks to the DoCo Crew for a fantastic stay!

What a terrific stay! Amazing flat with everything we could have wanted! Quiet and secluded, but also just 10 minutes walk to the heart of Egg Harbor! Will definitely be back!!!

Great location in Egg Harbor
This is a very nice place to stay in a great location in Egg Harbor., just a few blocks from the main street. The place was very comfortable with floor to ceiling windows, nice couch, king size bed with king size pillows. Parking is available right outside the front door.

Door County Needs More Places Like This
Clean , modern and conveniently walkable to shops. It would be better if there was a small freezer or an ice machine close by. No local TV stations nor basic cable TV. The electric tea kettle was great but it would be better to have a full size coffee maker.

Lovely place to relax
This was our second stay at the Flats on Church Street and our experience was once again fantastic! The space is clean and lovely. We loved the view of the Egg Harbor Library and enjoyed watching the spring birds visit outside our window. It's a great space to relax and recharge. Check-in and check-out were easy and the hosts do a great job of communicating. Highly recommend.

Best Place to Stay
We absolutely loved our stay at Flats on Church Street. Like many other places in Door County, the room was clean and lovely, but what you will get here that you won't elsewhere is a large open space, modern design, a quiet space where you can't hear your neighbors, and the most lovely and comfortable bed. The hotel is close to the other towns and walking distance to the downtown area. If you appreciate quality design and a comfortable large space, stay here.

Anniversary trip
Our second time renting at this property. The construction was a surprise and kind of a lot of dust etc. Our plant in the living room was kind of dead but otherwise everything was very nice. We were able to use the patio and fireplace this time Our friends rented 2 other units.

This is my second time staying in this place and I love the location and the amenities. Rob and Suzie are perfect hosts and they think of everything and are very easy to communicate with and they go the extra mile to ensure a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend and I'm already planning my next visit!

Everything was awesome! It was our first time in Door County and this little gem was a such a great place to call home. We hope to visit again! The only odd (very minor) thing was that the HDMI cable was unplugged from the TV. It took a little while to figure that out and it was kinda tricky to plug back in.

Perfect accommodations
I love The Flats on Church Street. This was the second visit and both times—very pleased! Convenient location, clean and comfy. Love the modern vibe! Everything was just right!

Getaway Weekend
We had a great stay. The place was comfortable, clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. Great location with a lot within walking distance. Looking forward to coming back "in season" when more of the shops and restaurants are open. Communication with owners, information about the place, as well as check-in/check-out process was excellent.
