Questo condominio si trova al 1 ° piano di fronte agli splendidi giardini ed è vicino alla piscina. La cucina è stata ristrutturata insieme al bagno. È completamente attrezzato con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile per riflettere un aspetto moderno. Il forno a microonde è anche un forno. Questo condominio si trova al piano terra. Una camera da letto con decorazioni morbide e tv palsma da 54 pollici per concludere la giornata con relax .. Il soggiorno ha un divano / letto e una sedia con il colore azzurro, verde e giallo per iniziare la giornata. La cucina è aperta sul soggiorno e completamente attrezzata. Il bagno è grigio, argento cromato con soffici asciugamani per il tuo morbido asciutto. Ha una doccia waik-in con porta in vetro senza telaio. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto hanno accesso al patio con un tabel all'arancia mandarino e 4 sedie per godersi un drink mentre ammirate gli splendidi giardini e la piscina. Ci sono 2 edifici sulla proprietà. Ogni edificio ha la sua piscina. Le piscine sono riscaldate. Ha anche un'area per grigliate con 2 griglie e tavoli con posti a sedere. Questa zona è perfetta anche per visualizzare i fuochi d'artificio realizzati dal bar e grill vicini: Clayton's.

We had a blast and enjoyed the pool and condominium area!! The condo was very clean and the perfect size for our small family. It was a huge plus that it was dog friendly so we could bring our furry friend.
We wished there would have been a stove and a dust pan for the broom as well as a few spices for cooking, but absolutely minor inconveniences compared to the comfort of the bed and the large size of the shower and porch! We appreciated the gate on the porch as well making it easier to take our dog in and out!

The Tiki is a staple at SPI. The grounds, heated swimming pools, and accessibility to the beach was great along with walking distance to nearby locations like Clayton's, Bar Loui, and Wanna Wanna. The host was courteous and prompt in answering all questions. This unit was newly remodeled and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

My mom and I had such an amazing time here. It was extremely clean and wonderfully taken care of, not to mention is SO close to the beach! I’m a beautiful area as well we hope to be back soon!

The condo was extremely clean and was well stocked with cooking needs (utensils, pots, pans). Location was perfect for us for both the conference and amazing location to beach access.

Property was clean and nicely furnished. We really enjoy the heated pool as not all properties on the island have this. The ocean is just a little walk through the property to get there. Will likely choose again.

We were so pleased with the unit. It had all the basic necessities in the kitchen and even offered a wagon for carrying items back and forth. I thought that was so thoughtful! This unit also included a dehumidifier, which makes the stay so much more comfortable. Trust me! We’ve had it both ways! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to pool, 2 minute walk to beach. Property is beautiful, condo was well stocked, clean, light, airy. Had a great smell upon entry. Property exactly has shown and described in pictures. Bed was so comfortable! Extra pillows and blankets were supplied along with all needed kitchen utensils, and other items.
Sliding doors led to deck area from living room, and bedroom. Bedroom curtains are not privacy curtains. This was easily rectified by hanging an additional blanket over the existing curtains.
Two nice size TV’s is one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Wi-Fi was great. Everything works as it should. Highly recommend. A+.

Beautiful, cozy condo. Exactly as described. Owner was super quick to respond anytime I reached out. Property was beautifully maintained and secure. Very close to the beach. Having such a lovely place to come "home" to after spending the day out and about in SPI was wonderful! Thank you! Hoping to return next year!!

We are repeat customers and LOVE this property and the property manager. This is our 8th stay at this property. Everything is always so enjoyable. Excellent communication and the unit itself is always perfect. Property manager always communicates well with any troubles and works with you to make your stay the best. Highly recommended and you won’t be sorry to stay here. Until next year we thank you.

I give a overall a 5 I will say the only thing is that the front desk did say that , the packet for the parking permit was there hanging by the door and it was not there try to make it seem like I I was lying , was kind of rude . The reason I give it a five review is because flora was very helpful and responsive! The security, Joe was also helping by taking the license plate number. Other than that it was a perfect ten and, very clean.

Property is clean and well appointed. We generally eat out so no reviews on the kitchen but appears to have all you need. Bed is super comfortable. If there’s one thing I’d like to see is blackout curtains in the bedroom. You can see straight through. We always bring a blanket or something to clip up over them. Will be back soon!

The smoke alarms did not work (corroded). After management came and changed batteries the corroded alarms naturally did not work. The main bedroom TV remote did not work and had to be replaced, then OK. The living TV did not have connection all the time. We were OK with it. The bathroom shower was really nice, except the drain is slightly clogged, needs cleaning out. The refrigerator smelled of old seafood but some backing soda helped. Otherwise our stay was GOOD.

We have always been curious about the Tiki properties and decided to check them out.
The condo is in the second building near the street but you don’t hear any traffic as it’s on the quieter end of the island. The bar ( Clayton’s) next door plays fairly loud music during the hours they are open but we didn’t hear it once inside.
The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. It was perfect for a couple ,but I think it might be a little crowded with additional guests unless they are small children.
The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. You will need to bring all condiments including salt and pepper . You will also need to bring bath soap and shampoo/conditioner.
We mostly ate out as there are plenty of dining options; although it is slow season and several were closed .
Overall, a nice stay. We would stay again.

Flora , our host , has great communication , everything that was posted about the condo was correct . We were coming in rather late and Flora called to make sure we were able to get in and didnt have any issues , the condo staff was very friendly and helpful places to go . I will definitely stay at her place agin

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Tiki and our condo was excellent. Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed being so close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Flora is a great host, very responsive and was in communication from the moment we booked. We look forward to coming back next year.

I travelled with my 2 grown(ish) children! Everything was so easy! The condo was beautiful! Both beds- even the fold out! - were soft and comfortable!
The bathroom and shower were gorgeous! We had everything we needed for the beach in the storage bin! Flora provided a beautiful, hassle free trip! Definitely will come back again! ❤️

family vacation
from the moment I booked the owner was communicating with me. between her communication and the lady at the front desk "clarissa" everything was smooth. The condo was clean and everything looked well keep. the second night the pool light had gone out and the manager had it replaced within no time. I did notice that there was workers walking around staying busy and if they ever passed by the would make sure to tell my family and I Hi. the small touches can go a long way.

Wonderful stay and location - can't be beat
Had an absolute wonderful time at this location. The room itself was very clean on entry. The first thing I checked, because we didn't bring any, was if there were any kitchen utensils and was happy to see the room provided a full range of utensils and pans and plates. Likewise the refrigerator and freezer were spacious enough for a week long stay.
The room is pleasantly decorated with beach and ocean themed items. The owner is treating the room as a place of comfort and relaxation and not merely a holding place just to lay your head for the night.
The complex the room itself is in looked to cater to mostly to a family crowd during our trip. Was not worried about any 'riff raff' during our stay.
On our first morning, we noticed that the intake vent/light over the stove was not working. Flora was very eager and helpful on getting this situated with us and helped to fix the issue very quickly. Her customer service skills are excellent.
The room is in a complex that has it's own beach access and shower/hose outlet by the access which is incredibly convenient. Be aware it is about a 5-10 minute walk on the property to get to the private access point.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and will hopefully make this the go to option when travelling to the island.

Beautiful Property, odd people
We had a wonderful time on our stay! Flora was very thorough in communication and informing us of all the things we needed to know. The only points we docked were because some of the dishes and utensils in our unit were dirty and we had to wash them ourselves but that isn’t the owners fault so much as the previous guests. And we also had two interruptions where people knocked on our door unannounced for 1) unscheduled “maintenance” crew, and 2) a confused housekeeper who came to collect payment from us even though we had already paid the cleaning fee through the owner. The neighbors upstairs were a little noisy, but that’s to be expected at such a large complex. Other than that we had a fantastic time and hope to be returning soon!
