It was very clean, and easy to find and plenty of restaurants within walking distance!
Parking was an issue as there was a wedding at the banquet hall.

Clean, comfortable, they had it all. When a lamp in the room died, staff was there immediately to correct the problem.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and next to a great pub. It is also close to a great hiking trail.
We didn't know that the staff didn't make up your room unless you stay 3 days or more. That would have been good to explain at checkout. They were always happy to get us more towels and coffee when we asked.

The front desk staff was very personable. I asked for a later check-out which they were able to accommodate. When we ran into the housekeeping staff, they greeted us and asked if we needed anything.

Nicely kept hotel within a nice distance to downtown lacrosse.
Had issues periodically with our TV which made for difficulties when spending time in the room, especially with young kids. We were offered to switch rooms, but after an already late check-in having to move an entire family wasn’t worth the hassle. Would’ve been a nice touch to have some sort of compensation at check-out, given our hassles.
