Situata all'interno del Palmetto Dunes Resort privato, questa casa sulla spiaggia di terza fila può ospitare comodamente 10 persone, con una piscina spaziosa e soprattutto un percorso appartato che conduce proprio fuori dal cortile a pochi passi dall'oceano, senza mai attraversare una strada! Perfetto per famiglie e gruppi numerosi, occasioni speciali o "solo perché" fughe. La nostra casa ha una spaziosa zona giorno a pianta aperta con soffitti a volta a 2 piani, completa di un comodo divano avvolgente per adattarsi anche alle famiglie più numerose mentre guardiamo il nostro hdtv a schermo piatto da 50 '' nella notte di film per famiglie.
Cucina un delizioso pasto familiare nella nostra cucina ben attrezzata. Divertitevi insieme nella nostra sala da pranzo o spostatevi all'esterno nella veranda coperta o sul ponte che si affaccia sulla grande piscina in una bella serata nella Carolina del Sud.
Al primo piano, troverete anche una confortevole camera da letto con due letti singoli per i bambini e l'accesso a un bagno completo. Questo bagno unico può anche essere inserito dalla zona giorno principale e proiettato sotto il portico. Dall'altra parte della sala è una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size e bagno privato. Tutte le camere sono dotate di HDTV a schermo piatto.
Uscendo, goditi il nostro ponte rialzato con vista sulla spaziosa e privata area del cortile con una grande piscina a forma di pianoforte. La terrazza della piscina è dotata di abbondanti mobili da giardino per trascorrere piacevoli giornate al sole.
Tornando all'interno, salite la scala aperta per due camere da letto con letti king size, bagno completo e TV a schermo piatto da 36 'con splendide viste sulla piscina e sul cortile ..

The home and property are beautiful. The house is decorated with great taste and simplicity. The pool area is exquisite, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, and with access to shade. The trees and landscaping also offer a wonderful noise barrier, so the back yard feels quite private, even though there are homes located on 3 sides of the property. The walk to the beach along the pathway is gorgeous, and the walk is only 2-3 minutes long. The large kitchen table, which seats 8, enabled us to eat together and the kitchen area was well stocked and worked well. We could all fit on the living room sofa in the evenings and had fun playing games and reading. The only (minor) issue was that the 2nd floor bed rooms were a bit warm, but that didn't interfere with our enjoyment of this beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to renting it again!

Clean property with nice sized rooms and baths. Screened in porch was great for morning coffee. Pool was a good size lots of people able to swim at once. Excellent location esp with hauling 4 kids worth of stuff. Communication was almost immediate and informative. Would definitely stay again.

This home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Being close to the beach is so convenient! We also enjoyed the pool in the lovely back yard. My son-in-law was anxious to try the green egg grill for our first meal. Pam was in touch with me to answer any questions I asked and responded promptly. I would highly recommend this home if you want to be close to the beach in a well cared for home in a beautiful neighborhood.

My family was all in agreement that this property was actually even better than we expected. We rent a lot of homes through VRBO and this was one of the best. The location was simply perfect and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. This house is very well thought out and laid out. It’s so nice having an outside entrance to a bathroom when coming in from the pool or beach. The outside shower was a nice surprise in that it had hot water as well as cold. We would highly recommend this property and communication with the owner has been great!

Our entire family loved this home and felt it was just right for us. It is close to the beach and bike path, equipped with any kitchen appliances/utensils/pans we needed for cooking, and has a lovely screened porch for relaxing and talking. Pam was great to work with and promptly answered all my questions. Hoping to stay again next year.

Our two families were very comfortable in this home for the week. The neighborhood has activities and restaurants with established landscaping and lots of shade. This home is located right on the path to the beach..so convenient! We would definitely stay here again.

We love this house! This was our family’s 4th year staying here. It’s a great set up with 4 bedrooms and a bathroom for each. The house is well decorated and comfortable. It’s in a gorgeous neighborhood and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat unless you are directly on the ocean. It’s a short one minute walk on a path. No roads to cross. The owners are great about communicating and answering any questions promptly. Highly recommend!

This house is the perfect beach house. Very clean and just the right size for 3 children and 5 adults. The location in Palmetto Dunes couldn’t be better. We rode bikes to the General Store (just down the street) every night after dinner for ice cream. The wide beach is just steps away on a beautiful walkway/bike path. When we weren’t on the beach or biking, we were all in the pool (where the grandkids learned to dive). Pam, the owner, could not have been more helpful before, during and after our stay. I hope we can return to Hilton Head next summer!

This property is amazing. We were grandparents with our children and grandchildren and this house was perfectly set up. The pool was nice and the easy walk to the beach was ideal for the youngsters. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was spacious and comfortable. We are hoping to return next year.

Fantastic property! Owners extremely nice and accommodating. Very close proximity to the beach making it easy for young kids. Pool was large and heated! House spacious and updated with all the necessary appliances. Big green egg made smoking ribs while at the beach easy. Great property and vacation!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is just fantastic. No other words for it. It has the perfect set up for families and being so close to the beach was easy with little ones. Pam was fabulous answering questions. My 4 year old granddaughter refers to it as “her” beach hiuse

This was our third year staying at this nice home. Suits our family perfectly. It was a bit dustier than prior years but we chalked it up to the construction next door. Had a few issues with Wifi and such, but all were taken care of quickly by the property managers. We plan on visiting again next year!

This was our second summer in this house. I understand the property was sold during the year. When we arrived there was tons of pool items and beach items stacked up around the pool. The pool was not clean. The house had some cleaning issues as well. (Hair in floor of bathrooms, poop on the wall, sand in the floor (I didn’t have a huge problem with being at the beach) I addressed with the owner and everything was fixed. I was just bummed that I had to address it in the first place.

Great Location! The ability to walk to the beach without loading into a vehicle made this my favorite of all the places I've stayed in Hilton Head. Plenty of space inside to spread out & to lounge by the pool. Can't wait to return.
