The Villa was great and the outdoor space was bigger than expected. It is in great location and easy to walk into Guia and the Algarve shopping centre is only a short drive away,

Lovely villa, well equipped and very clean. Fernando was very helpful.

Everything about the place was wonderful. Private, peaceful, with twice weekly housekeeping and pool cleaning.

clean modern villa with a great private pool. bedrooms had comfortable beds. nice kitchen with everything one would need for cooking and washing. the area is wonderful with a range of restaurants to pick from only 25 minutes walk. Algarve shopping centre only 5 minutes drive. overall a great experience all round

We visited after my parents stayed for two weeks. The location of the villa is great, so central to some of the best places on the Algarve. The villa is spacious and well appointed and the pool was a god send in the heat. Fernando was excellent at providing information and support. The kitchen has more than everything you need, the bedrooms have aircon which is great. There are two bathrooms, and several outdoor seating areas.

Great location, quiet but close to everything we needed. Lovely accommodation and Fernando was very welcoming.

I felt that it was missing the personal touch and also needs updating. The beds are a bit hard & the pillows are in need of replacing, the bedding could be better quality. When we arrived there were no welcome products, not even a bottle of water/ tea bags, coffee, toiletries etc. The soap dispensers were virtually empty not even enough to take a shower. There's a bbq but no means of lighting it. A small sample welcome pack just to get you started before you could discover where the local shops are would of made a huge difference. Especially as most guests would leave behind products eg washing up liquid, matches, shampoo, sun cream etc, as did i The dishwasher also needs replacing. The shower on the ground floor is very small, my husband unfortunately was unable to shower in it. I'm a size 10 and 5'1, I found it a tight squeeze however there is another shower on the upper floor over the bath. We had to request for a maid to attend 4 days into our week long break to replenish the towels. There is a net to remove all the falling debris from the pool however it's broken so needs replacing.

The villa is in a lovely area and sits on a nice size plot. The garden is pretty. The villa is quite spacious inside. There is ample seating everywhere and mattresses for the sunbeds. The pool is a nice addition but be aware it's unheated so it's quite cold, although the weather was glorious so the water was bearable There's a spa supermarket a 10 minute walk away and several restaurants & bars. We discovered a DVD player in a drawer in the room with the bunk beds on the day we checked out. Fernando answers any questions promptly.
