Clean and aromatherapy smell when entering the lobby, nice location, very accessible and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, massage, shops and malls in Ginza

Small room and taking time to open up luggage as space is limited. But I guess this is what you expect in Tokyo. Next time we will book the bigger room. What we had is already moderate size one which is still 18 m2. Check the size of the room in the details before booking.

The room was dirty and all the furnishings were worn out. The towels were threadbare and tiny.

1、酒店提供2顆枕頭/每人，但枕心偏硬；單顆使用高度偏低，2顆又過高。尷尬！ 2、房務人員99%都很盡責及有禮貌。唯獨10/30上午我獨自出門前、附近房間在清掃退房時見到一位男性工作人員拿著吸塵器並大聲的撞擊著牆壁與地面，此舉動有些不妥⋯⋯。

全部都不滿意 特地為了可以泡湯而來結果男湯是不能泡的 然後也沒有做任何補償 譬如給個湯包，在房間泡澡 或是免費早餐 一個晚上要一萬多一點台幣三人房

The cleanliness, staff friendliness and willingness to help. The location of the hotel is great. Two minutes from the hibiya and asasuka line and 10 mins walk to ginza.

The security of the lifts were a concern as a single card tap allows pressing of multiple floors. Hotel should allow only the floor of the card tap to activate.

That there is an onsen available and toothbrush/towel/etc amenities are available as you wish

1) the room differences between regular and upgrade was just a slight difference. This was not marked clearly on website 2) CLEANINESS - multiple times witness people who DO NOT SHOWER and enter the onsen. Not enough regulation signs or markers to instruct guests to shower. Understand that it’s not hotels fault but it is disgusting for other guests who actually do follow the rules. Also need signs to say that slippers in onsen belong to individual guests. My slippers were taken by other guests thinking it’s free for anyone to use.

Near subway station of line A, easy to connect directly Haneda Airport within 40 minutes for 480¥.

Very noisy and lots of people. Kids and family in onsen - lack cleanliness and should limit kids in onsen

Room is slightly small. Not much room to sit and relax. High price. Shampoo soap are highly scented I used my own.

Breakfast options and quality especially the western breakfast. there was no butter, only margarine available, the omelet that came with the Western breakfast was poor, and the meatball was horrible. There were no proper access to get on to taxis. we had to carry suitcases over the pavement bush - that was not ideal.

Location is great and public bath is open until late, great for relaxing after long day of walking and shopping.

Here are not only a great sauna room in 2F and also wonderful 3 types of breakfast!

A little bit of things about the bed was little small, but it normally appears in Japan Hotels.

the hotel had a shared large bath, which I enjoyed after a long flight and train ride. staff were very friendly and room was clean. Also a 10 min walk away to the Tsukiji fish markets.

Location in ginza was ideal, close to everything

Just be mindful that the communal bath do not allow tattoos, this is no problem but to be aware before booking.
