Questo appartamento con 3 camere da letto recentemente ristrutturato, situato a 427 Sopris, è appena stato elencato con VRBO. Il prezzo è stato scontato per la prima stagione estiva. Decorato con un tema occidentale rustico con tutti i tocchi moderni. L'unità ha accesso su strada o vicolo con parcheggio fuori strada. Ingresso privato con balcone, sedie a sdraio e barbecue. Hai anche accesso al grande ponte della proprietà e al cortile recintato al piano inferiore nel cortile principale. Scappa dal cancello posteriore e sei a mezzo isolato da negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti di Elk Avenue. 1 isolato dalla navetta che ti porterà fino al resort Crested Butte Mountain per una giornata di sci, escursioni o attività per bambini. Le camere hanno vista sulle montagne con tutti i tocchi moderni. Il soggiorno ha una tv a grande schermo, un camino a gas e una grande cucina con tutto il necessario. Dopo una lunga giornata di escursioni, andare in bicicletta o colpire le piste, rilassati nella splendida doccia a vapore o rilassati sul ponte scoperto. Two friends and I stayed for a couple nights during a late June trip to CB. We really enjoyed the accommodations—the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, and each of three bedrooms has a dedicated bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay in Crested Butte! The home was incredibly comfortable, clean, spacious and welcoming. My kids loved the huge selection of board games, and the bunk bed room was great for children. The town is small, so nothing is too far away, but I loved the proximity to the grocery store (about 3 blocks), a great breakfast spot (Paradise Cafe- 1 block), and shopping on Elk Avenue (1 block). We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Our family of 6 (kids aged 12, 16, 18, 20) thoroughly loved the condo and the location. It was so easy to walk to the grocery store, shops, coffee houses, and restaurants. The walk to the shuttle to the slopes was super close and easy. The house was really well stocked and comfortable. There were plenty of games, supplies, and kitchen was great. The steam shower after being on the slopes all day felt amazing. We would totally stay again!

Perfect spot for a long weekend with my parents (70+) and nephew (18). The home is just beautiful: clean, stocked with high end amenities & kitchen equipment, cozy, and all around lovely. The location is fantastic: steps from restaurants & shops in downtown CB, and a few blocks from the free ski shuttle that goes to the mountain. Pete was a wonderful host. We had such a wonderful stay, we will be back & would recommend to anyone!

What an amazing week in crested butte. It was our first time here. We spent the last four seasons in Beavercreek. Pete was a fantastic host. He made sure we were settled in and comfortable. The property was perfect for my family. My wife, son, grandma and I dated a week at this beautiful downtown property. One block from Elk St. we had some amazing family nights and date nights. The ski shuttle is a 5 min walk in ski boots which was great for my 5 year old skier. The sled hills are a 10 minute walk. The ski mountain is amazing. We will definitely be back.

Everything about this property is outstanding. Impeccably renovated, quality furnishings, kitchen fully equipped. Best property I’ve stayed in, in many years of renting in ski areas. Highly recommended. And the location is perfect, just one block off Elk and its wide array of restaurants and shops. In sum, a great place to stay.

Beautiful, clean, and very comfortable! We were very happy with our stay here, from start to finish. The house is right in town, one block from everything and the house has been recently renovated with upscale furnishings; gorgeous home! We couldn’t have asked for a better location or a more comfortable house for our stay in Crested Butte! Oh, also, the upper deck and lower deck by the side of the house are perfect for relaxing on a beautiful day.
We have come to Crested Butte for the past few summers, and this is definitely our favorite place. We’ll be back!

Roomy, comfortable and cozy 3BR with a great location. Less than 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. 10 minutes to the mountain. Ample parking. Comfortable beds. Very well-stocked kitchen. Steam shower was a pleasant surprise. Would happily stay again.

The property fit our needs perfectly, very clean and well appointed. Location was was within walking distance to Elk for food and drinks and close to the bus stop to Mt. Crested Butte. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Superior quality apartment in a great location (in Crested Butte village). Perfect stay for skiers or non-skiers wanting some "at home" time, as this apartment is exquisitely tailored/outfitted.

The remodelled house was a perfect place to stay and the shuttle was easy to access nearby, and the downtown location was perfect for its access to the great town of CB. We would stay there again.

Everything in this unit was well thought out and maintained. The owners have done an incredible job of decorating and it was a very enjoyable experience. I actually can't think of one thing to improve. Each of the 3 rooms has its own thermostat, bathrooms are clean and well appointed, central fireplace is a great place to gather, kitchen is well designed and everything works. The location is just off the main street in Crested Butte and walking distance to shops & restaurants, and skiing is a 5-10 minute drive up the mountain. Our thanks to the owners for providing an incredible VRBO experience!

This was a very nice and updated apartment. It had all the needed items to be very comfortable. Once we arrived, we parked our car and walked or rode the bus.... the location was a short walk to the bus station, restaurants and shopping. Also, the owner, Peter, was very nice and responsive. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Very nice spot with great location. Nice details to the space.
Not sure children are completely welcomed (upstairs and there is a downstairs unit). The owner asked us to "keep our children quiet" but our children were not loud or disrespectful so I am not sure where this came from. They only asked once.
The only improvement I would recommended is to switch to hypoallergenic detergent. The laundry detergent is scented and irritating.

Crested Butte Vacay
The pictures are accurate down to the smallest details. It is well stocked from the kitchen, to the family games to the small creature comforts. The location of this unit is perfect to walk to all the things in downtown. The views from the balcony are remarkable & even better sitting in the rocking chairs listening to the birds. It shows how much pride the owners take in the unit by all the personal touches and family photos are in the unit. We truly enjoyed our family time there and getting to love on their sweet puppy too.

Great location and charming accommodation!
We enjoyed the property very much. The owner has put loving attention into making for a very comfortable stay, that provides for the needs of a (mellow) group gathering. The thoughtful and high-end details and updated amenities made for a wonderful stay.

Beautifully decorated comfortable condo
The condo is very comfortable and well laid out. It is filled with puzzles books and games to help entertain all ages of kids. It has a great steam sauna, just the thing after a day skiing. The kitchen is very well supplied, I would happily stay here again

Perfect stay!
This house was well set up for what we needed. We were two groups of friends, one couple and another couple with children. The house had plenty of room, was well stocked and all our needs considered. This was my first time traveling with children (none of my own) and it seemed like they had thought of lots of child friendly needs. Altogether a great stay. Crested Butte is an amazing place though I suspect the secret is out! Hoping to be back!!

Comfortable, spacious unit in the center of town
Unbeatable location on a quiet side street one block from Elk Ave and 2 blocks from the resort shuttle stop. Very comfortable and well-appointed interior with plenty of space. Great kitchen supplies and appliances too. Pete is helpful and responsive. Overall a great stay in CB!

Outstanding Home and Location

Great place!
This was a very comfortable, clean, convenient and attractive property. The kitchen has everything you might need. Linens are high quality, beds are comfortable, towels are good. It's a short walking distance to everything in downtown Crested Butte., including grocery and liquor store.
The host lives downstairs and was available to answer questions.
It was great to find a property with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths - all on one level. There's a private balcony which we enjoyed.
