Lovely, stylish and spacious property in a beautiful, quiet part of Lake Como. Right near the lake with swimming access just below. It had everything we needed for our stay and the staff were very nice.

a perfect stay! Super comfortable (slept perfectly!) and a lovely quiet location. We recommend having a hire car if you are staying for a few days. Brilliant host and couldn’t be more helpful. thank you

The unit was even better than shown in the photos. It is on a quiet street next to the lake (although you can't see the lake from the house). The unit is very spacious. The AC units (one on the ground floor and one on the loft) were much appreciated during the heat wave. Both restrooms are big and clean, and I especially loved the open floor plan on the ground floor. I recommend the delicious pinsas with a gorgeous view of the lake at La Terrazza 125 (3 minute walk from the house), which we visited multiple times during our stay.
I would recommend a car to get around, as it is required to get to Cadenabbia or Menaggio (to get the quick ferries to Bellagio or Varenna). However, the roads can be extremely narrow (obviously no fault of anyone) so make sure you have a compact car. Parking can also be a bit tricky but I always found a spot, even if it was a bit further (5-10 min walk) from the house.

Excellent team of people to work with. They helped with everything from restaurants to busses. The house is beautiful and the dock to sit on and swim from was icing on the cake
Not one thing. The house was perfect.
The only tough part is ferrys stop at 7 and the busses are limited. No ubers and almost impossible to find a cab.

the owner of the house was wonderfull: she tried to help us in any way she could. the house is esay to find, big, well equipped, clean and worth the money. location is also good if you have a car or a boat and you want to move around.
we spend a family weekend there and it was wonderful! I highly recommend it
the extra air mattress was not so comfortable (would have been nice to know in advance that there wouldn’t be a bed)

Samgiuvino and Brienno have exceeded our expectations. The small village offers a maximum of rest and relaxation with a unique view of Lake Como. Our host was very accommodating and responsive at all times. The accommodation the absolute highlight of our trip. Can recommend Samgiuvino to everyone <3

The apartment / house was extremely beautiful decorated, spacious and light. Everything was modern and worked well ! It can’t be better!
The village is very quiet and pittoreske. Beautiful old little stairs and corridors. Everyday we started the day with a good swim in the lake .
There is a good pizzeria a few yards away. And also a lovely place to drink capuchin near the lake .
The owners were very friendly and helpful.
So yes we do recommend this place !!
There is no balcony to sit outside.
But it is easy to sit outside as noted before!

We loved Brienno. It's a small but lovely village. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax, it's the perfect place. The hosts were super nice.

We had just amazing stay. Villa is nicely decorated, clean, rooms are big. Breakfast tasteful with big variety. We found full refrigerator for our nice breakfast. Good access to the lake. Owner is friendly and helpful. We recommend this villa to everybody.
