Good location, globally a nice flat.

Location was fantastic in a quiet neighborhood - super central I would say especially if you are staying in West London for most of your trip.

The main bedroom lights were finicky and did not work well. The washer needed to be cleaned before using.

Lovely apartment in a very beatiful neighborood! Walking distante from Harrods and 2 tube stations. Imogen provided us the keys the day we arrived, it was very easy to comunicate with her. We loved staying there!

It is a spacey apartment with high callings.

The heating is literally absent. Don’t recommend to go there in Winter months.

Location was fantastic. There are plenty of shops nearby and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make our own breakfast or there are lots of cafes nearby and one a couple of doors away

We have had a wonderful stay and the owner of the flat was so very helpful . Hoping to stay at her apartment whenever I visit London again.

Location was amazing a short walk from Harrods lane and couple of grocery and restuarents. 10min to the Knightsbridge station, south kensington is nearby too but quite a walk. Better to go to Knightsbridge. The apartment was well equipped with all amenties, toiletries, toilel rolls, cleaning chemicals, hair drier and hair iron, few pantry items etc. The lady operating and handing keys was on time and excellent on communication and response time. Except for the heating aspect ( the small heater was not enough for room) which is a problem only in colder months. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Had books for kids to read. Plenty change of towel and sheets. I would definitely stay here again...despite the little issues if they could resolve them. She was kind to allow us access few hours earlier to check in time with the weather and our arrival time, we were lucky there was no one checkin out before us. It was good to have early access.

There was no sofa bed it was a good mattress however on the floor, terribly cold in winter maybe since the heating must have been unused for few days the cold has set in. Could not access tv to put on something for our kid, as the receiver was weirdly inside a cabinet on wall which was blocked by mattress. The floor was not heated across the apartment and one toilet was non functional as prone to clogging. The keys kept falling off from the wires holding it together..a keychain would be helpful.

The flat was in a great location, easy access to public transportation, very clean. Super recommended
