Very friendly and lovely host! apartment was very clean and well stocked

It wasn't far from the town plenty of places delivered food to the apartment and could get an uber easily to go out and about. The apartment was lovely was all open space. Plenty of supplies provided from the lady, good at communicating and was a lush little apartment. We will definitely be back again we had the most amazing time.
The only 1 thing was it was very cold with it being winter and being an open space the radiators didn't really heat the place up well but will definitely return again just take more blankets if it's during the wintery season. Other than that it was amazing.

Nice friendly people, property close to where I was working. Private entrance and virgin media tv with good internet. The property is great for young fit health people. Which we were not.
The private entrance led all the way round the main house, and as it was on a steep road the steps were awkward. The TV, toilet and shower are down stairs with the kitchen and lounge. The bedroom is reached by steep steps with small treads, making descending at night in the dark to use the toilet dangerous. There was a light switch and standard electrical sockets in the bathroom which is not allowed.

Could have better. Instructions for how to get keys for example tell them to knock on front door to collect keys and get tour from owner

tv has Netflix YouTube ect, 11 min drive from city centre
couch uncomfortable, blinds broke in living room, tv remote faulty

Very comfortable, well-equipped flatlet, with a nice big bedroom. Lots of nice touches (biscuits, toiletries, etc). The kitchen is perfect for a self-catering stay. Will stay here again when I return.

We were 10 minutes drive from Jesmond (student quarter), an almost straight drive across the river. The location was quiet, but your handbrake needs to be strong due to the steep hill on which the accommodation is situated. Our host was excellent in their introduction of the property and we kept in touch via text re ETA. Everything was supplied, towels, shower gel, soap, tea bags, etc. Very homely and welcoming.
An explanation of the workings of the shower might have helped, which nob did which function, but it didn't take long to experiment and find out.

Such a great place the host was kind and always had a smile showed us around then let us do our own thing highly recommend and definitely be booking again
