Disponibile in affitto, è il nostro cottage di famiglia recentemente rinnovato ed estremamente ben tenuto. Questa incredibile posizione con vista sull'acqua ha una vista libera sull'Atlantico e un rapido accesso a più spiagge. L'affascinante quartiere tranquillo consente di passeggiare o andare in bicicletta lungo la strada del cottage e approfittare dei grandi prati, del paesaggio e delle spiagge multiple. A poca distanza in bicicletta, tuttavia, ci sono ristoranti, negozi e attività che si trovano nella Biddeford Pool o nel Kennebunkport. 15 minuti di distanza si trova il parco divertimenti Fun Town, mentre i negozi di Kittery e Freeport sono entrambi a circa 1 ora di distanza.

We loved our stay at this home. The house was spotless with quality furnishings and many thoughtful touches. Peaceful location and a lovely view. Great spot for walking the trails or exploring the beaches. Jeremy was a great communicator and quick to respond. Would certainly stay again.

We rented the cottage in July with our daughter and her family. The location is perfect with small children. The property has a great yard, that is perfect to sit and enjoy a fire. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck that overlooks the ocean. The cottage was stocked with everything you would need. We hope to come back soon.

Beautiful quiet location, extremely clean house with upscale furnishings, comfortable mattresses and soft bedding, well equipped kitchen and perfect location near several restaurants and shopping. Multiple outdoor seating areas and quick walk to beach area.
The owner Jeremy was very friendly and helpful taking time to talk me through the process of getting access to TV stations. Would highly recommend this lovely home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Granite Point. It's out of the way of the crowds at Kennebunkport, but still close enough for us to attend the preludes. The thermostats were a little unpredictable in the colder days, but we were able to dial it in for work we had to do from the house during the daytime. Would absolutely stay again!

"My wife and I recently had the opportunity to visit Jeremey's home , and we were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the area. the air was crisp and clean, and the views were simply breathtaking. We loved waking up every morning to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore, enjoyed spending time exploring the nearby towns and villages, all were charming and picturesque. If you're looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway, we highly recommend visiting the Maine Dream Cottage. You won't be disappointed!"

It was a cozy staycation. Woodstove added to cozines as we had a mix of weather. Sunny warm days, rainy and raw, then windy and colder.
I love to cook so the kitchen was well stocked with all the right stuff. The location is excellent for us.

I realize now why this property has so many 5 star ratings. The pictures do not do it justice. It is more spacious than it appears in the the photos on VRBO. It was immaculately clean and the décor, feel, design, layout and incredible view made for the quintessential Maine cottage retreat. Bright and beautiful! It was very quiet and the beds are super comfortable, even the bunk beds. I don't mean the following as a negative just as a heads up...this is an upside down house, bedrooms on the ground floor and living, dining, kitchen, laundry on the upper floor, which is fine since it takes advantage of the incredible view. But the only bathroom is on the ground floor (bedrooms floor) and this may be a consideration for people with mobility issues. But the house is so incredible overall this would not dissuade me from staying there.

This cottage was perfect! It is very clean, comfortable and cozy. It was our first time going to Maine and everything was incredible. The trail at the end of the road was wonderful and the views from cottage were breathtaking. We can't wait to go back.

We were so impressed with this adorable cottage. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The view is incredible! The host, Jeremy , was very responsive to any inquiries we had before and during our stay. The location is perfect for venturing out in all directions. Great trails up the street. The fall foliage was so pretty! I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Believe it or not this property is even more beautiful in person. The pictures look great but seeing this property was even more impressive. The location is very private and quiet, yet also convenient to many scenic drives and places. Waking up each morning to the sound of crashing waves while seeing the amazing water views was just perfect. We visited in late September and the fall foliage was just starting to change.
If you are considering this property, do not hesitate. You won't regret it. Book it immediately.

A Beautiful place
This place was great & the view is beautiful. We’re an older couple so the stairs were tiring at times but well worth the experience &we managed just fine. Everything was perfect….beautifully decorated and so clean & well equipped, and we loved the area. Great walking trails too!

Wonderful, once again!
This is such a gorgeous property in a stunningly restful location. The cottage is very clean, beautifully decorated with a strong nautical theme, and the hosts have stocked it so well that all you need to bring from home are your clothes and a beach towel. Beds are very comfortable and the deck is wonderful for lounging or enjoying a meal seaside. The yard is also a treat being divided into two areas for use. (Think outdoor games and fire pit with Adirondack chairs!)The host is very responsive to questions and gives very specific instructions for using the property and suggestions for enjoying the area. This was our second visit and we hope to return again for sure. If you want to explore southern coastal Maine and this house is the right size for you don’t hesitate to book it!

Beautiful place, inside and out
This is a lovely home with a beautiful ocean view. It is meticulously maintained and spotless. The lovely outdoor spaces are surrounded by beautiful stone walls and plantings. The location is peaceful and close to many beaches and within walking distance of Timber Point.

Maine rocks!
Lovely house. All the amenities we needed. Amazing views and sunsets. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Easy walk to and through Rachel Carson wildlife reserve. Great for stargazing as there are no street lights. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Portland and jetport, Kennebunkport, small local food stores, great trail in Biddeford Pool leading to view of Wood Island lighthouse. Great first visit to Maine! Thanks for use of the house.

Perfect Escape
Second year renting this cottage off season and enjoyed even more this time. Such a beautiful location, near hiking, great bicycle paths, quaint villages and close to cities like Portland and Portsmouth. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for a nice dinner at home. Wood burning stove and outdoor firepit were heavily utilized. Beautiful fall foliage.

This home is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. It was immaculately clean, well appointed, and communicating with the owner was quick and easy. The location is stunning. Outstanding in every way!
The cottage is beautifully maintained and decorated. It feels like home from the moment you step through the door ..... not just another average rental. It is situated on a quiet street with a wonderful seaside neighborhood for walking. The walk to Timber Island is lovely. Plenty of space to park your car. The view of the cove and ocean is spectacular from both the cottage and the deck. The cottage is well stocked with cooking implements and beds, sofas and chairs are all very comfortable. Linens are of high quality. Plenty of outdoor seating options as well and the views are just as grand. Jeremy seems to have thought of everything to provide his guests a quality stay and he is very responsive to messages and provides detailed instructions about the property and the Biddeford area. Many thanks Jeremy for letting us stay and we look forward to a return visit.

Amazing and restful place to stay
Very well appointed cottage in an incredible location. We were very comfortable and felt right at home in this house. The view was fantastic! Short walk to the wonderful Rachel Carson Preserve, which was a delight. Jeremy provided all the information we needed, and everything was set up perfectly. We felt totally relaxed for the whole week.

From the beginning of our experience everything was wonderful. Staring with the local information that was provided after our reservation. We visited several of the restaurants and shops that were on the list. The cottage was fantastic. Everything was as described, if not better. The view out the dining room window, alone, made our stay worth it. We watched the sunrise from the porch, walked along the beach. This was truly the escape we needed to slow down and recharge. The amenities were great, it was our first experience with Apple TV and YouTube TV. Great appliances (although) we couldn't figure out how to turn off the oven fan. The wood stove was great. The first half of our stay was cold, but the temperature warmed up. Thank you very much for sharing your home.

Immaculate Maine Cottage
These really is a dream cottage in the perfect location - upscale amenities with the charm of cottage decor and your own private view of the ocean. Even in October we were able to enjoy walks on the beach, nature trails at the end of the quiet road, gorgeous sunrises out the front window /deck and cool nights around the campfire. The cottage is extremely clean, beds very comfortable and kitchen well-equipped to cook every meal - even a huge lobster Pot for your own seafood boil! The location is super convenient to feel like you’re tucked away from the busyness of other hot spots, but close enough to great restaurants and downtown Kennebunkport. We had a couple day trip adventures - Portland to see lighthouses and also to Camden Hills State Park for “moderately” hard Hiking trails with AMAZING views of ocean and town.) The hosts also provide a super helpful document for “What to see” and “Where to eat” etc. Since this was our first trip to Maine, we found that extremely helpful! We highly recommend Jeremy and this dream cottage!
