Ein schönes Hotel in Top-Lage, nicht weit entfernt von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Stadtviertel, in dem das Hotel liegt, ist - aus meiner Sicht - das schönste in Brüssel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, auch der Front-Desk-Mitarbeiter beim Check-Out war überaus sympathisch und kompetent.
Das Zimmer war großzügig bemessen, unser Wunsch nach einem Twinbett-Zimmer wurde erfüllt. Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht in Brüssel, haben uns in diesem Hotel aber sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Alles wunderbar.

La ubicación en el barrio encantado "les Sablons". Muchas terrazas de bares y restaurantes al lado así que botigas elegantes.

La comodidad de la habitación, a pesar de la escasa iluminación. El restaurante es de muy buen nivel.
En la habitación 441 la ducha tiene solamente media mampara, por lo que el agua moja el piso del baño, y se ve que ha llegado al piso de madera de la habitación, porque está manchado de humedad.

O hotel fica na região de Grand Sablon, que é mais tranquila, mas ainda próxima do Centro Histórico e da estação Central de trem. O hotel é bem moderno, o atendimento cinco estrelas. Os quartos são ótimos. O hotel te presenteia com itens do frigobar (comida ou bebida) caso você abra mão do serviço de camareira em algum dia - convenhamos que nem sempre é necessário. A academia é bem boa.
Nada a se destacar aqui.

Location is excellent, walking distance from all the main attractions.
The people who work at the front desk are very kind, welcoming and ready to help with everything you need, even our room was ready earlier than expected when we checked in.
Another great thing is that they have an app where you can order everything you need in your room. For example if you need more coffee, another pair of slippers or even a hair comb, you can just order, and somebody brings it at your door.
Very clean also.
Considering the fact that we stayed at the 1st floor, we heard a lot of noise coming from downstairs, and it was a bit unpleasant, because it kept waking me up in the middle of the night.

Hotel très propre , moderne, silencieux. Les lits sont très grands et confortables .
Le petit déjeuner est gourmand et varié.
Il est idéalement placé dans le quartier du SABLON à moins de 10mn à pied du centre .Ce quartier est très agréable plus authentique que l'hyper centre .
Privilégiez une parking en périphérie (moins cher) .

No mechanism for recording guest preferences and history. Have to repeat oneself every time new member of staff is on duty.

Great location, friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were comfortable with a good bed and decent shower. Breakfast was very nice, lots of good options. Liked the 'green option' of not cleaning rooms in exchange for minibar vouchers
Soundproofing in the room was not good, especially from the front door. When staff were talking in the corridor in the morning felt like they were almost in the room, perhaps a lack of awareness of how loud they sound to guests

The room was nice, with everything that you need (also, you can ask for extra stuff by room service). The location is perfect (not so crowded) but close to the main attractions. The breakfast variety is nice.
