the outdoor pools were great, room cleaning was great too
food was below standard except for the breakfast. kids menu was so poor and tasted of nothing. limpets from Neptune restaurant tasted old.

The staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming, professional. The rooms comfortable and well appointed. The food is of a very high quality and expertly cooked. the bars were well stocked, everything was well presented and spotlessly clean.
The location was ideal, all in all, excellent.
The room was good, but a little tired.

I like e everything. Wonderful place, kind staff, wonderful canvas and sculpture everywhere. Delicious breakfast. The downtown is almost there.

Literally everything (apart from gym) is on the top level. Pools, spa, restaurants and bars, staff, amenities, room service, rooms in general, all is amazing!
The only thing I did not like is shabby gym.

The position on the sea shore was excellent and staff very helpful. The food options were very good. Room clean and comfortable.
The first room we were given did not really have a sea view like the advertisement but they shifted us to a very good room after our request for a change. Most of the hotel is TIMESHARE and I think the best rooms are already taken. The weather was not good for most of our 5 day stay but there were good activities in the hotel.
