Location was amazing. View was stunning. Facilities were great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment is big and comfortable and had all of the equipment required to enjoy our stay.

Comfort was bad, lounge and beds are so uncomfortable. For that money we definitely could have gotten a better accommodation.
Hair dryer is absolutely disgusting.
Kitchen and bathroom are full of little German cockroaches.
Toilet exhaust barely works, sometimes you can smell fumes from someone's kitchen coming out of it.
Clothes dryer is all rusted ($15 in big w)

fantastic location
we have a 5 year old & we felt the balcony doors & windows need a better locking system
we were a little nervous as we couldn’t dead bolt them
the dryer didn’t work but the staff especially Kim did her best to help us

The view was to die for... To wake up every morning & to see the ocean so close from the Balcony!!! It was heaven...
Our two bedroom apartment was spacious! I made sure we had everything we needed for our 5days stay but if you needed anything else... A convenient shop near by was only 5-10mins away!!!
Kim, is such a delight to deal with & is very approachable to talk too, Specially When we Couldn't find our allocated Car Park! THANK YOU KIM... For making us feel welcome on the day we arrived & when we had to checked out! Five 🌟 to you!!!
I would highly recommend "GOLDEN SANDS ON THE BEACH, MAIN BEACH" because My Family will definitely be going back for a time away from home!!!
Just the noise from the surrounding neiggbours, people above the apartment & the lift was quite noisy because it was close to the main bedroom!
But apart from that! Everything was great...

the bathrooms desperately need updating. the shower screens kept coming off the rails, tiles were chipped and pipes were mouldy.

- Large space (we travelled as a family for almost a week)
- Location (we can just go down to the beach downstairs and 5 min drive to surfers paradise; 7 eleven nearby)
- Cleanliness - place, kitchen tools and homewares were clean when we arrived,
- Undercover garage (we were given a spot for our car in their underground secured garage. A plus if you are driving an EV as they have charger there too, a bit costly with 50c/kwh but there if needed)
- Friendly service
- Steam room and pool
Short service hours (especially on weekend and public holiday) and outdated bathroom

Lovely hot spa pool and loved the kids toys and books available in the apartment. loved the views, balconies, and peaceful surroundings
