The security guy (I believe Vadim) was exceptionally helpful.

Some staff members should be trained more for work in the hospitality business. The bar staff should not pick the nose in front of the customer at the bar.

Wide variety of activities for children. Delicious and varied food.

The cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. Those who come with a car have a high chance of not having parking at the hotel and will have to spend money on paid parking near the hotel.

Warm hospitality, good atmosphere, perfect location, suitable for children.

Our room was locked in noisy place( it could be heard some big loud and noisy vent all over time). Pool toilet were messy, with water on floor. Time to get elevator too long.

Hotel amenities are just great. Rooms are very comfortable. If traveling with babies, they provide baby crib and food utensils. Also baby chairs are available at the dining room. The food is amazing, if you are not from Israel you can get a great sense of their culture. For coffee lovers, coffee from the barista is excellent. The kids staff is very friendly. We met a Spanish speaking girl, Bar, who really made a difference for.my daughter. She is amazing!

The hotel seems not prepared for foreign travelers non-hebrew speakers. We had to wait 40minites to do check in since there was no personnel that spoke English in the front desk. Information and signs are all in Hebrew, I had to use the translator in the restaurant to know what was the food about. As an additional recommendation, I'd suggest that they provide jars or non plastic glasses in the restaurant in order to be more eco friendly. Parking spaces are very limited so consider you will have to park somewhere else outside the hotel. There are some free parking spaces around.

The staff was exceptional, kind generous, and very patient. The food was delicious and varied. The all-inclusive makes it wonderful for families, especially for those with kids (or adults:) who need three meals a day. They also have lots of snacks during the day. The open bar and the frozen drinks were amazing! They even had staff designated to entertain the kids. Really enjoyable family vacation.

The facilities could use better maintenance/upkeep and the pool and dining room were very crowded at times...Maybe too small for the capacity it was meant to hold. Also, I wish they had ping pong, billiard, air hockey, and other inside options. Would be nice if they could make arrangements with other Isrotel hotels to use their facilities (the hotel next door did have ping pong and billiards but said we could not use them).

Big problem with free parking. The hotel have about ( only) 40 places for free parking IN this condition, NOT FOUND FREE PLACE

The food is great and the stuff at the dining room is nice and helpful. There's a large variety of food for all invlusive meals.

Not enough parking and had to park in the next hotel and pay 25 shekels a day. The first night we didn't have a proper air conditiooning due to a problem all the floor suffered from. No one told us about it and only after speaking with other guests we understood this is not only us. Then we were told this is taken care and in the afternoon they said it's all fixed. However when we came back to room after such a hot day, the air-conditioning was in the same situation, a bit air was coming out but didn't cool the room (we waited for an hour to see if it's getting better but it hasn't). After speaking with the reception and insisting (because they kept saying it's ok now) they sent someone to check and he said the air-conditioning is not working properly. Our friends in the next room suffered from the same thing and if this is not enough- we had heavy drops leaking out of the ceiling in the shower so we couldn't sit in the toilet without getting wet!!!! After speaking with the recptuon again they gave us another room which they claimed to be bigger but without a balcony like we had. We went to check the room and guess what? Air-conditioning is not working there also! Again they weren't transparent with us and didn't share information. The new room wasn't bigger it just had the balcony size as part of the room and that's what made it "bigger". For us this was a downgrade and we weren't happy with that solution. After 2 hours they fixed the leaking problem so we didn't move to the other room. All the hassle and worries about the problems in the room and the fact we slept at night sweating!!! This was a very bad experience. The shift manager told us she will think about something to compensate us and asked us if we arrived with kids...

We came with friends who had a problem with the ceiling leaking water and we had problem with the air-conditioning, we couldn't sleep the whole night and didn't get any compensation for that!!!
