Very clean and the location was perfect to go everywhere in Paris! We meet Ramzi at the reception who was very friendly and helped us a lot by recommending restaurants

Good location.

Tv, was only in french language that is very bad in these day and age. You should think of tourism not only locals. That is why you won’t see is there anymore. We travel paris 5 times a year.And shower without screen which is very badly thought of.

The help / service front desk the treats placed out for quests in the lobby , The room and amenities overall a great place to stay while visiting Paris in that area .

The breakfast could have had a few better options, variety . also missing an ash tray outside the front door .

Amazing location, metro, bus stop right next to the house. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Clean and nice rooms. Shops, cafes, restaurants very close.

Terrible breakfast. They didn't have anything, only two kinds of sausages and cheese. I would rate the breakfast with 0 points out of 10.

Tout était top. L'accueil, la taille de la chambre, la déco, la propreté, le calme. Boissons chaudes ou froides à disposition.

La taille de la salle pour le petit déjeuner. Nous sommes tombés "aux heures de pointe". Mais c'est histoire de chipoter.

Personnel très sympathique

The property was really clean and the location was indeed really comfortable as the metro and other public transportation services were near by. The whole experience was great and definitely nice touch of providing nice area near the reception. The staff is just lovely really helpful with all the different aspects.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Lage war völlig in Ordnung. Mit der Metro in ein paar Minuten an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Tutto perfetto! Davvero pulito e ad un passo dalla fermata metro e RER. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo acqua e caffè gratuiti nella hall. Consigliatissimo!

If you want a high quality room, at a reasonable price, in a great location in Bercy/near Bibliotheque, this is a really good hotel to consider. 3/4 minutes from Bibliotheque metro, easy parking if you have a car (5-10 minute walk, around £25 per day). 3* hotel so only room/breakfast (if you book it) but very nicely set up. Our room was a good size for the 3 of us, very clean, well designed, and an easy check in. All the staff were very friendly.

Nothing - worked well for us. If you want to be more central/need additional facilities, choose a different hotel, but Bercy Sanso is perfect if a good size room, easy transport links, nice people and no frills is what you need.

Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich empfangen! Konnten zwar nicht gleich ins Zimmer, aber jedenfalls etwas früher. Konnten in der Zwischenzeit die Koffer in einem abgesperrten Raum unterstellen. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum und auch Reinigungsservice waren wirklich sehr freundlich. Es gab einen Feueralarm- lief aber alles ruhig ab! Da viele ohne Jacke, Schuhe und zum Teil im Schlafanzug hätte man vielleicht warme Getränke o.ä. Verteilen können. Wir standen ca. 1 Stunde draußen und sind dann in die Lobby.

Die Dusche hatte leider keine Tür, man musste vorsichtig duschen, um nicht das ganze Zimmer unter Wasser zu setzen. Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau !

The hotel is located right next to a metro line 14 / RER C station. There are various restaurants and shops in the area. The room is spacious, comparing with those in inner areas of Paris. Food at breakfast is in good variety and quality.

Lighting in our room was insufficient. There were only 2 bedside lamps in the living/sleeping area and one of them was broken during our stay, making us lived in a cave-dark room for that night before it was replaced. The metro line 14 was closed for renovation during our stay but RER C was still running.

Hotel remodelado y limpio. La ubicación está bien comunicada para visitar París. La habitación para 4 personas era amplia. El personal fué atento en todo momento. Mejorable el desayuno pero no está mal....es Francia no España jejeje.
