The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Clean and comfortable.

1. One wall of our room was connected to the plumbing/bathroom of the next room over from ours. The bed in our room was immediately beside this wall. Every time the guests in that room had a shower or flushed their toilet it was like it was right in our bed. I would expect this in a youth hostel not a five star hotel. The hotel must find a way to soundproof that wall. 2. The hotel offers small size main course plates to accompany the buffet. If you dare to ask for a second plate they want to charge for it. Again, ridiculous for a five star hotel. 3. Rooms are not exactly cramped but are certainly not spacious.

The bed is too hard. Pillows too high / rather than low and softer and taxis harder to get from street but not fault of hotel.

I loved this hotel when I stayed before (2 weeks quarantine ) I also have recommended it to others! Great location and staff very helpful. In particular Ivan, concierge.

This hotel didn't seem to be prepared or ready for guests/visitors..No room service (F & B). It seems like there wasn't enough staff on duty for some reason.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. I like the smell of the shower gel , shampoo, nice and organic.

No nice bars and restaurants

I left my computer charger in the room after checking out. After I called, they quickly located it for my collection. The service is great
