Friendly staff, good location, large comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities plus hairdryer. Lovely food in on site restaurant which was reasonably priced. Free parking and dog friendly

Easy access to reception, restaurant and rooms with a wheelchair. Quiet area and not on an industrial estate.

Room too small for a wheelchair, outside the rooms it smelt strongly of urine (motel style hotel). A preset menu and no a la carte, the choice was minimal and although we eat almost everything, there was nothing appealing. We asked for a simple omelet or steak but that wasn’t possible.

Located in a quiet semi-residential neighborhood. Simple, comfortable, and clean rooms. The restaurant offers excellent French cuisine, with attention to detail. Quality meals as the French are so talented in preparing. Professional and amiable table service. Superb buffet breakfast offering with great variety, including local cheeses, fresh bread, and artisanal marmelades from the region. A true winner in terms of quality and value for money.

Excellent evening menu and breakfast. Very helpful staff (Fanny showed me the way to Puy de Dome). Room was clean and cool. Site is on a slope so parking is20m from rooms.

Hopeless signage to hotel. Le Brezet is built-up area of C-Ferrand and very busy. The map on the booking site was useless.

I travel all round the world, and I have visited lots of campaniles, this was the BEST ! excellent food, excellent staff, excellent room

Friendly staff, quick check in, easy parking and a quiet location.

Restaurant menu was limited, what happened to the traditional Camponile starter buffet? and no steak and chips on the menu, this is usually a safe bet if nothing else appeals!

The room was clean and adequate, as expected for this brand. Location was convenient to the highway when passing through central France.

Breakfast, if purchased, would amount to 50% of the room rate. Luckily, there is a bakery in walking distance, with interior seating.

Receptionist is highly professional and welcoming. Excellent hotel will be on my list for re-visit

The breakfast options were good and a step up from the overall impression of the hotel. The staff were very nice

Rooms were not as we expected seeing the pictures. The 3 person room in particular was too small for the 3 beds, leaving very little space among them. Ceilings were low and overall claustrophobic.

The shower. Switched constantly from molten lava to the freezing cold. Was impossible to have a shower safely.
