The location was good. The hotel entry is a lounge area, not a typical hotel reception area, and the staff was not equipped to handle one group, let alone us and the two very large tour groups that checked-in at the same time as us. Keys were everywhere on a small table. It was a lot of confusion and a disaster.

Walk from the train station to this lovely hotel. Quiet, clean and friendly. Staff spoke excellent English. Good location for touring and restaurants.

The room configuration was weird (had to walk around the giant bed to move around…. Too big for the space…. Also the bathroom was stiff as a brick?

The location was fantastic with adjacent public car parking with a discounted rate for hotel guests.

Chef at the restaurant was great: easy to come up with menu options for people with special diet. And we were very happy about small gym room.

Towels was very old.

I was having a drink at the hotel and wanted a dessert and the waiter said no as the kitchen had closed and then I watched him serve a dessert after to someone else which I found dis-tasteful.

Restaurant was superb, breakfast was great. Location - cannot fault it if Reims is the purpose of your visit. Staff were chatty and friendly (not everyone, but they have work to do also :) )

The Room we had had a view out over the carpark entryway, so not exactly ideal (although the parking was). Some confusion over the 'green' no room service card - neither my wife nor I can speak much french (sadly), and we took that side of the 'do not disturb' card to be the 'clean now please', but it was actually 'do not clean at all' to reduce towel/sheet cleaning. The staff resolved that very promptly for us. But just something to be aware of.

we asked the front desk 3 times to look at a problem with our zink plug. nothing happened, had to ask for towels after they promised in the middle of our stay they will supply clean towels! no milk in the room and no kettle

Bed a bit narrow.An outside fan was annoying at night. Menu could have been more adventurous.There are better restaurants nearby. Breakfast good,but expensive.

fantastic location (reims itself is v nice and hotels location in reims is v good), good room (albeit with view at the back - ask for the front), friendly accommodating staff and good restaurant. excellent shower!

pillows were not great and could have done with kettle to make a cup of tea in morning (we had a nespresso machine). would have been nice to have a view over the front not over the back workings of the hotel (was ok for 1 night)
