A very warm and personalised welcome at reception by each staff member we met. Giulia was so helpful and gave great advice on trips to the castles and other sights. Great location, a few minutes walk from the rail and bus station. Great facilities, excellent breakfast choices with something for all tastes. Even a chocolate fountain and strawberries! The room was perfect for our family of 4, with separate toilet and shower room, and private balcony overlooking the street. We will definitely be back to this hotel and for longer.

De parking. We hadden ons voertuig geparkeerd in een ondergrondse garage met dewelke het hotel samenwerkt. Bij het wegrijden uit de parking, met een kaartje dat we gekregen hadden van het hotel, ging de slagboom niet open desondanks we afgerekend hadden in het hotel. Terug naar het hotel om het probleem uit te leggen maar volgens hen was alles in orde. Tweede poging om buiten te rijden, maar terug zonder succes, ondertussen chaos in de ondergrondse parking. Verschillende personen aan de telefoon gehad, maar niemand wou helpen, telkens kreeg ik te horen dat mijn kaartje niet betaald was. Uiteindelijk na +- 20 min heeft dan toch iemand de slagboom geopend.

Das hotel liegt direkt im ortszentrum. Von hier aus kann man zu Fuß den Ort erkunden Die bitte nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde erfüllt

Den Wellnessbereich muss man extra zahlen. Das steht leider bei der Buchung und Beschreibung nicht dabei. Der Wellnessbereich war ein Grund zur Buchung des hotels. Auch wurde nicht berücksichtigt, dass wir getrennte Betten gebucht hatten. Frühstück war ausreichend, allerdings finde ich für die Kategorie von hotel sollten auch weichgekochte Eier angeboten werden und bitte kein Kaffee aus dem Automaten!

In der Stadtmitte und alles zu Fuss erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war klein und man musste zwei Aufzuge benutzen, um es zu erreichen. Ziemlich altmodisch und die Klimaanlage war zu heiss fur Sommer.

Hotel com excelente localização, funcionários muito atenciosos, café excelente e bem acima da média , quarto grande e muito bom, com vista ótima e limpeza boa! Só não esqueçam de reservar garagem.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the town within a minutes walk of the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Our room was clean.

The staff on Reception were miserable. No one smiled and showed any interest in helping you. Our room was basic, the bed had a plastic mattress with no mattress cover and the sheet didn't fit properly so became all 'untucked' straight away.

Location, the breakfast buffet is really nice (if you are on time).

The public spaces could do with a refurbishment to make it more this century.

Great hotel! The Staff, location, and onsite restaurant were excellent! Parking is onsite parking and convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

Mostly everything. We loved especially the rooms, they had the most comfortable mattress and pillows and awesome bathroom! Toilet and bath were separate, that was a nice bonus.

Location is perfect! Right in the city center. Breakfast was good. They allow dogs in the hotel which is great for pet owners. They offer you a garage that you can use (for a price) which is reasonably good (not super easy to manoeuvre big vehicles though)

Great Location, really near to the commercial and restaurant oferring of Fussen. A kind and competitive team. Rooms distribution and cleaning were what we need. Great Breakfast.

The Spa, the best amenity of the Hotel, is open only between 4-7pm. An option for an early morning relaxation and wellness was not available during our stay.

The room was very spacious and the bed mattress and pillows very comfortable. The hotel is central and the breakfast buffet with a variety of choices at a beautiful luxurious decorated restaurant.

The room even though very spacious needed a small renovation. The water pressure in the shower was very low. We didn’t get to use the spa due to very limited working hours. The entrance to the parking area was narrow with a possibility to scratch the bumpers of a larger vehicle.

it’s quaint and in the most perfect location in the centre of Fussen. there is underground parking and the food is wonderful. we loved it!

the sloped roof behind our bed head was a pain in the neck
