Beautiful old building located centrally in Vienna which allowed us to walk to all the main attractions. Room was very large and had a fan and fridge which was great for keeping drinks cold. Bathroom was spacious and shower had good pressure. Breakfast was basic but had a good selection and we had no complaints

While not a big issue for us, the hotel is split in 2 and we were in a separate building to the one where the reception is and breakfast is served. Our room was extremely warm due to it being summer. There was no air conditioning and although there was an excellent fan in the room, it was very noisy so you could either sleep or be kept cool.

Breakfast, location and view.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location, breakfast, and balcony view. There is a big inconvenience that in order to reach the elevator you have to carry the luggage for one floor; the elevator stopped working for 24 hours; the reception is at the first floor and you have to ring each time you want to get in and wait until they open the door; there is no a/c and the fan provided is very noisy; the fridge light is so bright, we had to cover it with a blanket to be able to sleep; we were given feather pillows only, I told the that I am allergic, but they did not have an alternative; the towels were never replaced with new ones, they folded the used ones, and we found them wet; the room was never cleaned for the five days we stayed there; staff is not friendly.

Frühstück 👍. Tolles Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Vor 2 Jahren schon mal in diesem Hotel gewesen, damals habe ich das Hotel schlecht bewertet, dieses mal muss ich es absolut sehr gut bewerten. Hervorzuheben wäre auch die gelebte Inklusion mit einer Mitarbeiterin.

Es gibt so gut wie keine negativen Aspekte diesmal. Das einzige wäre eventuell, daß es keine Variationen bzgl Eier zum Frühstück gibt.

No tea facilities only terrible coffee station. Curtains too shy for summer

De locatie was perfect, dicht bij musea en winkelstraat. Maar ook bij een metrostation om verder de stad te kunnen verkennen.
