This is a great hotel for touriung Hunsruck and surrounding areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially with our request for an early start to the day. The restaurant is great and everyone enjoyed the food at dinner and breakfast. From a motorcyclists perspective there are some great routes in this area and the hotel staff will be only too willing to point you towards them.

Location is quiet with a huge garden and field outside of this property. I was able to lock my bike up in one of their garages which was an added bonus. The meals were nice but it was the staff which made my visit that much better.

Maybe it was the room I had (near the staircase) but it was a bit loud from the halls when people were coming and going in the evening and in the morning. Since I was there only a day this was not too big of a problem. Also, there was no accessible plug next to the bed. It was hidden behind the headboard of the bed. This seems little but the phone today is also the alarm clock in the morning.

Happy & smiling staff. Tasty meals in the on-site restaurant.

Nice spot, just next to the long distance hiking path so plenty of room to go for a walk and enjoy the country side Friendly staff

Hotel as such is ok, but not modern. Seems like they are catering to motorcycle enthusiasts and temporary workers.

I have been waiting for a month to get an invoice, still waiting despite several requests. Communication is very poor. Breakfast is ok. If it's just to sleep and you don't need an invoice, I guess it's an option. The fact that they are not providing an invoice is simply unacceptable.
