No funcionaba el comedor del hotel (sólo room service), y no fui informado previamente de tal situación.

El upgrade de bienvenida, llegando tarde. El room service. Solo aumentaria pan y manteca a los platos elegidos.

Al ppio un poco frio hasta q fue mejorando. El desayuno tipo colacion podria ser mejor. Faltaba un silloncito para comer en la suite

La calefacción no funcionaba, lo solucionaron en el momento pero no funcionaba del todo bien.

The location is very convenient. The in-room air-conditioner is nice and quiet with stable room temperature. We stayed not on the Cordoba Ave, thus, it was very quiet during the night. The flooring of the room is wooden parquet so it is very homey and comfy.

The lobby was under-renovation during our stay. The young receptionist took us 30 mins to check in for 2 rooms and 4 people with no guests in front of us. There were so many forms to be filled both by her and by us, some of which could be automated and are for NH marketing purposes. Individual plastic containers for WC amenities are still being used which is not environmental friendly at all. I tried to contact the front office via hotel's recommended App but failed after 10+ minutes effort.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo lo mejor del microcentro. No apreciamos mucho el desayuno porque preferimos salir.

No tengo conceptos negativos en cuanto a mi estadía.

There was free breakfast included with the stay and if you order room service, it is pretty okay. Jazmin was the best part of the stay. Salud to her and Alejandro’

The rooms need a serious overhaul! I had drain flies all over the bathroom, the pipes were treating with chlorine as you can smell it strongly when showering. I stayed there for 6 nights. There was not even a clock in the room. No nose tissues. The rooms phone was so old and dirty. I ended up wiping everything down with cleaning wipes and found that all the light switches had smudges and were dirty. My shower has cobwebs and mold in the corners. The window was jammed shut. I had to ask for my bed linens to be changed. I stayed there for 6 days and had my bed linens changed only once and had to ask for my sheets to be changed. checked in on a Thursday morning but could not get an earlier room so I had to wait. They were still serving breakfast in which I had to pay for even though I was a guest there and it was free for my stay but not for the first day as I was early.

Breakfast was very good. Location is great, staff is helpful and welcoming.

Nice hotel in central location. The breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were super friendly! Fantastic beds and everything in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Parts of the room was rather worn and could need some renovation. The shower was rather worn and not so easy to handle.

Everything was superb EXCEPT for one terrible reception lady name Jenys.

Jenys at reception was terrible and given it was only her I am not marking my review of the superb hotel down because of her. When she was checking me in I asked her if anything was on a Teatro Colon? She replied she did not know. Right I thought - she had no intention of finding out for me. But far more serious was when I asked for some ice. I was told they had "run out" - at 7:30pm. Oh well. The next day I asked again and it didn't arrive. I rang again an got Jenys and she hung up on me. She did this a second time. A third time she put me on indefinite hold. So I went down to reception and expressed my wrath. Finally a gentleman admitted that their ice machine was broken. I said that if they had only told me that then I would totally understand. Tell the truth don't do what Jenys did which was to really upset a guest. She was not apologetic. I told her the next day I was not going to complain to her superior (as I had indicated I would do) and she just shrugged her shoulders. The hotel would be far better off without Jenys.

The shower floor allows water to flow into the rest of the bathroom. The location was not pretty but very convenient.
