La ubicación es perfecta. Las presentaciones de la habitación, con gel, champú, jabón, crema corporal, agua mineral, infusiones y cafés con tetera gratuitos.

Fantastic room. Comfortable. Love having a fridge in the room. Right in the centre of bars and restaurants. Parking at extra cost, bit of a difficult decent/return for a motorbike.

We were not expecting to stay in a hotel so the arrangement with Senator needed to be speedy. The hotel was engaged, staff were helpful on arrival, the room was more than agequate and clean. The whole experience made a disappointing situation seem much less traumatic. Thank you to all concerned.

Not being able to stay longer

Clean and comfortable rooms. We just stay a few hours for our kids nap . Very good location.

That thé réception tel me that thé garage is impossible for getting in and out , and should tell me to go some were else to park thé car . They did not told Me !,,, 😡☹️😠😠😠😠

Check in took quite a while as booking from booking.com took a while to register. Qe hardly slept as people in the room next door arguing, reported it yo reception,twice finally they spoke to them but it didn't stop, we moved rooms at 5am a little late as we were travelling and needed to rest...my opinion hotel should have asked these guests to leave as they were abusive...why should we suffer!!

Everything was OK. But I would like to point out the staff in the reception. All there were very friendly and helpful, especially ASMAE.

Good standard room, twin beds single occupancy for e 6 surcharge per night. Initial single offered tiny and would have been impossible to stay.

Initial cramped single room offered. As hotel became busier considerable noise at night from guests returning late, banging doors and chairs scraping the hard floor. Poor sleep. Breakfast ok only.

Room was clean and staff was excellent. The outside of the room was noisy though and the parking garage was so small it was like parking in someone's basement.

Excessive fee for dog to stay. Not only charge per night, but then also a cleaning charge. The cost of this was almost as much as the room price.

Breakfast is very good, various meals, very kind staff

I've rserved this hotel in particular as they claimed they are pet-friendly and have an EV charger. At the place, it turned out that my dog shouldn't weigh more than 15 kg, and the garage is too narrow for my car. I called and wrote to the reception a hundred times before, to check whether everything was alright. Nobody answered me. We had to park in the garage for additional 30 euros, and the staff was awful.

The hotel is very clean and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We'll be back
