55min wait on food with less than 8 tables in Could hear kitchen staff shouting & swearing from our table 2 new tables who ordered after us were served before us Staff looked stressed and didn’t do check back on food etc when food came out wasn’t the hottest Dirty plates left on restaurant tables and wasn’t cleared the whole time we were in for food dirty glasses sitting up on bar Bunch of college boys shouting and swearing, wasn’t the nicest

Efficient and friendly staff, Flexible too, kitchen served us an early lunch as we were limited for time due to timing of our flight.

awful we were given a room in the middle of refurbishment, it stank of paint and we had to clamber over powertool leads just to leave, health and safety lacking at this hotel

Convenient location, price reasonable and good value. very pleasant staff. Food reasonably priced and value for money.

The location was good, great friendly staff, pool table and bar and great breakfast area. Very clean hotel.

the customer service was exceptional and the property was in a great location for an early transport in the morning, you have to pay £12.5 for a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport which was a good price for 5:30am, it had an in house restaurant which served great food at reasonable prices, the beds were adequate for a one night stay.

it was a slightly run down facility, the bed was comfortable but bathrooms were very simple

Rooms and internal finishes of rooms and public areas surprisingly good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The outside appearance of the hotel would lead you to think it's very run down , which isn't the case when you get inside

It was close to the airport and decently priced.

The hotel was noisy, fixtures were cheap.

bedroom was far too small. no hot water for shower in morning. went for dinner In restaurant at night and it was nothing short of disgusting.

Staff were amazing couldn't do enough for you . Was my son's wedding and the whole day was just wonderful
