The Locations was ok...considering i booked it late. The Premises were nice and clean and the Room which was on the 3rd Floor was very nice.. It was a street view....but again i booked it late (would have been nice to have a river view) The Breakfast was vey nice...a buffect slection..

Only criticism is as soon as we walked into the restaurant the gentleman asked me which eggs did i want and i havent even sat down and it arrived when i was having my cereals....!

The Hotel was perfectly situated for our stay in Battersea, it sits on the Thames has a great restaurant, the bedrooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable with a walk in raindrop shower and spacious shower room. Cleaned everyday with staff who couldn’t help enough and accommodating. We had our daughter and granddaughter which ascot was also provide in the second bedroom which was adjacent to our for our stay. Breakfast was included in our costing and all I can say is the variety was amazing, cooked English, Continental, pastries, fresh fruit it was all there so plenty to choose from. We had an evening meal one night I think it was a Saturday the food was also superb and reasonable cost, there were three private parties ongoing but the staff still had time for you as we were a couple dining and the Hotel owner made time to talk to you that goes along way, would I stay there again the answer is yes.

Easy to find.

Wasn’t clean, there were blood stains on the bed linens. The decor was old and the room keys continuously malfunctioned resulting in us getting locked in the car park for up to 10mins.

A friendly welcome, lovely atmosphere, menu for dinner and breakfast had good choices and value for money. Bar in the evening over looking the Thames with London lit up was delightful. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel. Good facilities, very nice interior design with paintings and sculptures: out of the ordinary. Very friendly staff. Located on the bank of the River Thames.

Bathroom had lots of broken tiles and things were only temporary fixes. Shower knobs were broken and the water was freezing so we were unable to have a shower. Bathroom was dirty, bath had hair in the bottom and dirty marks and dust. Very run down, carpet in the hallway was pulled up and dirty marks all over.

The place it’s nice and clean.Staff great and very calm place. No cleaning noises and door flapping. Very discreet place. Including the price spa which I told will cost extra. And possible to buy swimming suits. One very positive things if you go buy transport the 170 bus will drop you exactly front of the hotel and I had a view to the bus stop from my room. I never saw any bus come that regularly how this was. Really great time.

Very good location as we wanted to go to my sons favourite restaurant in chelsea It's about a 10 pounds uber far each way so ok for london Also not far from battersea park Rooms are a little dated but spacious and in room 112 you overlook the thames and the gardens Plenty of tea coffee and iced water in room Undeground parking is handy bit expensive at 20 pounds a night though

It’s right next to the river, so nice location for a walk/run. The rooms are large and clean.

It looks like a lot of money has been spent on the building and decor, however it’s really missing a soul… Just the layout and style is like something from the 80s. Obviously taste is subjective, but I felt this could be so much better.

the hot tub was out of order and one of the sauna rooms wasn’t working and the “pool” was just a bit bigger than the size of the hot tub. For the value of money the room is nice but the extra amenities is very small and I was disappointed with such a small space and only some of the facilities working. there also was none at the desk of the spa so could get towels, tried to get staffs attention but they didn’t come. also no help on how to connect to the room speakers and says you can play from the tv but there was no mode on there. I booked this hotel to use the spa facilities and 1/2 didn’t work so seemed a waste of money. I understand if repaid needed to be made but there was no compensation.

No bar in a supposed 5*, Door into hotel. look of the place from outside and with a load of flats above it. Finding a jumper on the floor from I presume previous guest so room wasn’t hoovered.

Location is fine good bus service . Hotel staff were very helpful and acted immediately to help with any problems . We did not find the bed comfy , too hard for us and as one of us has a bad back , is often a problem in hotels , may be fine for anyone else . We had a problem with the extractor in the bathroom which would not turn off and made a lot of noise stopping us sleeping , they came and did a temporary repair for us at midnight/1am which stopped the problem for the night , so were very helpful . Breakfast was good and reasonably priced .

Bed not comfy . Husband rang to see if had any mattress toppers available , but didn’t , but did bring him up an extra duvet to sleep on top of .

staff were extremely rude and aggressive was told to leave the hotel at 4am due to apparently not having enough beds? spent £420 for a suite and never got to stay the night please avoid
