The customer service from staff was excellent. Especially the guy by the name Yasi. He was very friendly and helpful

The lack of English language speaking/understanding

Hotel bar was closed for the whole weekend, including Friday night. On Saturday night, the receptionist seemed more occupied with entertaining her personal friends who were hanging out on the couch in the lobby with their feet on the tables than with attending to the hotel guests.

Room is small, especially the bathroom but it met our needs.

Breakfast was very basic. More healthy options could be provided. Breakfast space also wasn’t clean with food residus on the painting on the wall.

it was clean and the staff were all very friendly when travelling with my family we always choose ibis, this was my first time travelling with my friends and I instantly recommended ibis hotel.

best location! such a quiet neighborhood and perfect for the purpose of our trip which was to go to Disneyland. The RER train that goes straight to the parks in less than a 5 min walk and you get there in 20 mins or so. As well, great buffet for breakfast at a very reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and the room was small very super clean, modern and the bed so comfortable!

Staff was excellent. They were very helpful and nice. Both reception and bar were excellent. Slept well. Close to the train station so easy access in city centre but also Disneyland- both just one train, no changes. For the price is good.

Room size very very small and not clean. The beds would get tidy in the morning and bins emptied but nothing else touched. Found hairs and stains in bathroom when we came.

i liked that it was very close to the places I needed to go.

I think the staff could be better in English.

It's a perfectly fine Ibis. Small room, comfy enough bed and clean shower. . Breakfast was adequate. For a Disney weekend it's perfectly ok.

Hallway was very damp smelling though
