We stayed in the past when it was the grosvenor. It remains fabulous. Interior and history of the building is amazing. Temperature throughout was great. Corridors quiet and stunning decor. Our room was beautiful. So very clean. Spotless. Great amenities. Bed was stunning so comfortable. Great pillow menu. Lovely complementary treats. Breakfast was excellent. Great choice and Service at breakfast. Well managed by Muhammad. Reception staff were engaging and helpful.

Me and my twin brother celebrated our 30th birthday together with family and friends. The social spaces are amazing! Great breakfast, great bar! Such a lovely hotel with amazing staff. The hotel is huge and was in a great location. Loved everything about our stay. Thank you for being so accomodating. Worth mentioning is that I had my 3 month old baby, all staff was very sweet and helpful. Lastly, Suuuper comfy beds.

Location of the property was great. Central to tube stations but not too busy right outside the doorsteps. Classic decor in the coming areas. Clean space within room walls.

If I had the list one thing, it’d be that the door number and floors don’t exactly correlate and so that can be confusing at first. For ex, room 550 is on the 4th floor, etc.

The property was beautiful & very comfy. The rooms were fully stocked with soap shampoo etc together with tea coffee hot chocolate biscuits crisps & sweets. Great location. Victoria coach train & underground stations all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. No residence late bar which is a shame. The breakfast was a bit expensive & there was an extra service charge so we changed our minds about breakfast

Muy cómoda la habitación, amplia y limpia. El hotel es hermoso. Desayuno basto y con buen sabor. Nos dieron bebidas y botana de cortesía

El único detalle que tuvimos fue que éramos tres personas y después de la primer noche solo nos dejaron dos toallas. La pedimos en recepción pero nunca la subieron :(

Mooi, schoon hotel met fijne bedden en een fijne douche. Alle faciliteiten werkten naar behoren.

De kamer was aan de kleine kant. Ondanks dat dit vaak zo is in Londen, merkten wij wel dat wij onze koffer en spullen niet goed kwijt konden.

Die Lage des Hotels war in Bezug auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut, zumal man von einem Hotelausgang direkt zur U-Bahn kam. Personal war sehr freundlich und auf Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Mehrere kleine Geschäfte, sowie eine kleine Drogerie befanden sich direkt um die Ecke und man bekam so alles , was man noch zusätzlich benötigte. Im den Hotelfluren war es sehr ruhig.

Da wir ein relativ großes Zimmer hatten, wäre eine zweite Kofferablage sinnvoll gewesen. Mehr Ablageplatz im Kleiderschrank wäre wünschenswert gewesen. In einem Hotel, der gehobenen Klasse, hätte man auch erwarten können, dass man eine Schuhreinigungsmaschine vorfindet. In England ist es wohl üblich, doch für uns war es sehr unangenehm im Bad kleine Toilettenbürste vorzufinden. Zum Frühstück: Wenigstens eine Sorte Körnerbrötchen/Körnerbrot sollten vorhanden sein und die Salzstreuer täglich befüllt werden, was bei uns immer erst auf Bitten hin passierte und einmal auch das Brotkörbchen leer, welches mit heißem Brötchen aufgefüllt wurde. Marmeladensorten waren nicht reichhaltig vorhanden.

Locatie is top! Aan Victoria station, dichtbij metro, bus, trein,... Inrichting van de kleine kamer is zeker goed. Kleine badkamer voor 2 personen. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig.

Ontbijt is pover en standaard. Geringe broodkeuze, lange wachttijden aan de koffiemachine, Prijs hotel is te hoog voor een ontbijt van deze kwaliteit. Betalingen enkel met kaart, er wordt geen cash aanvaard. Voor meer dan 380€ per nacht per kamer mag men toch wat meer kwaliteit verwachten.

Nice location - good size room (booked superior) and recently renovated.

Not very clean, bathroom renovated but “cheaply” and dirty.

The breakfast was excellent, the location was great, the whole ambience of the hotel exceeded expectation.

No English breakfast tea in our room, but soon remedied.

Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent, we have stayed before.

The bedroom was too hot and the thermostat only went down to 16 degrees. The bathroom was unbelievably hot at all times. There was no extractor fan which made the bathroom even hotter! Not sure where the heat was radiating from but we made sure the towel rail and underfloor heating was off at all times.

Excellent location if you are taking an early train from Victoria Station or arriving late.

The aircon system blew right at the bed. Perhaps a deflector could be installed. I expected the room to have some of the elegance of the lobby.
