Staff was rude some items were dirty and bath had mould

Bardzo miły personel. Poprosiliśmy o pokoje obok siebie i dokładnie tak dostaliśmy.

Śniadanie słabej jakości - płatki, batonik, rogalik, malutki kartonik mleka i soczek. Nie warte swojej ceny.

Did not eat as had to leave early

It did the job ..... nothing too fancy ... but it is what you'd expect for the price charged.

Parking is an issue ..... it is located next to a busy service station and there was an extra charge for parking that put a damper on things. It might sound like a small thing ... but it isn't as if the car park is in the middle of a large city .... you're in the countryside!!!! Why can't patrons be given free car parking?.... it is just a thought ... and I don't want it to overshadow a good experience with some very friendly staff.

The shower

Everything exceeded our expectation, the room was spacious and the bed sheets were soft, comfortable and made it easy for us to fall asleep. overall it was a great experience and great value for money. The staff were friendly and welcomed us.

There was nothing we did not like about o0ur stay there.

The staff. Mgr checked sm1 in my room after 10pm whilst I was in it ! Offered me a snack ... like a twix is gna make up for her incompetence. Complained to booking.com who arranged a refund for that night, well actually it was an amount less than I paid for that particular night but... Moved to holiday inn, Telford which was far superior
