Parkplatz müsste besser beschildert werden, weil nicht ersichtlich ist, wo man reinfahren kann. Hinweisschild vor Schranke würde sehr helfen, sonst ist die Verwechslungsgefahr mit Parkplatz von Aquarium sehr groß und der Verkehr ist stressig und unübersichtlich für Nicht-Genueser..

Amazing! It’s the second time we stayed here and the hotel has kept up nicely and smartly. The rooms are large and airy, and the balconies onto the sea are a marvel. Great beds, large and comfy. Very nice breakfast as well.

Parcheggio.. il biglietto di uscita deve essere vidimato ogni volta. Anacronistico oltre a fare perdere in sacco di tempo soprattutto se il personale la sera è assolutamente "risicato".

Location is great and the breakfast was amazing and exactly what would you expect for a breakfast in Italy. It is quite close to the aquarium and ferries to neighbouring resorts. It is on a walking distance from the old town as well.

The facilities could use some renovations and a swimming pool.

Location and view are nice, good room with good amenities.

If felt a bit insecure with the free in and out without any monitoring at the door or elevator.

Location was alright. 10mins walk to train station and old town. Check in and checking out was fast. The king size bed was quite comfortable and the room is quite clean. The bathroom is quite big and there's a bathtub. Aircon is working well.

The sofa bed is a little too soft and quite uncomfortable. It would be nice to have an ironing board. There's no swimming pool in the hotel. A little pricey.

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Avoid the restaurant in the evening. Service was absolutely shocking. The waitresses were incapable of delivering even a basic level of customer service. Waited over 40 mins (and had to remind them 4 times) to get drinks and then almost 2 hrs to get food which was delivered cold and virtually inedible. There were only about 6 customers in the restaurant at the time so it wasn't even busy

The matrass was very old, the springs where in my back. They consider them self as dog friendly, but you have to pay 35 euro, sign a contract that the dog is basically not allowed to do more the breathing. He was not allowed in the restaurant, In the evening the terrace was closed due a weather warning (not sure why..). And I the morning again due to the rain. So, instead of eating there, where we looked forward to, we had to go in town, and have breakfast seperated. In the restaurant is a group of tables before you come near the buffet, really don't understand why a dog wouldn't be allowed there. Ruined the ecpierence, where we had to pay a lot for.

Horrible experience with a hotel the room temperature is controllable by hotel staff to 21.8 C for staffing energy I asked many times to reduce it to 18 C there was no response. 18 C is the average sleep temperature as per health doctors to sleep, If you are in a 5 /4-star hotel, the guest has the right to control the temperatures in his room by using the thermostat in the rooms. More, I arrived at the hotel at 05:30 am. Unfortunately, the receptionist charged me one-night cos we arrived in Italy early in the morning due to flight times after they promised not to change one night.

Being in the port area the approach to the hotel is perhaps not the best. However the location is perfect for the old town

The parking was a bit expensive, but we knew what it was going to cost.

The location was close to the metro, marina and old town. it had a small balcony overlooking the marina. staff were relatively helpful.

It feels a little dated and corporate for a leisure holiday. The area immediately outside was a tad busy due to the family attractions. I was with my adult sister.

First off, the staff were fantastic, all were really very nice and helpful. The room however needed some help. First off, we had continuous issues with the room key cards and had to have the. Replaced multiple times. There was/is an issue with the card reader for the room next, the shower head is broken. It is one of those that slides up and down the pole, but it was not installed correctly and therefore just flopped over making it difficult to take a shower. Replace these with a fixed position shower head to save money, maintenance costs and customer approval. Third, the air conditioning did not work, the room was rather stifling which made it difficult to sleep. The staff provided us with a fan which helped, but the. We had to sleep with the patio door open to get air. This of course then let the street lights and noise into the room. Finally, our bed had a bottom sheet and a quilt in a duvet cover. There was no top sheet and due to the other temperature issues, we ended up switching things around and putting the duvet under us and the sheet over us. I don’t know if this is an issue with all NH collection hotels or just a training issue at this one but I’ve never seen that before at a hotel. Sorry to say I doubt we will look to stay at other NH hotels in the future. Again, the staff were amazing, the room was just really sub par for the price.

Location is excellent, room is cozy & clean. Staff is friendly, view is great since the hotel is located directly at the marina. It's especially a great location if you plan to visit Aquarium, which is right next to the hotel. It's a bit pricy, but definitely a good location for one of the NH group locations. Also as a bonus, there's car parking underneath the hotel which is a rare thing for the Genoa city center. Also the restaurant is good, but a bit too pricy for the quality I would say.

Overall great. A bit pricy maybe for the quality, but considering the location it's not that bad.

Beautiful location right in the heart of the Port and old town area.

The cooling and heating was locked down at 21c. We had to open windows at night.

No air con despite advertising it on Booking. No fans available either. Some significant wear and tear in the rooms. 15 euro service charge for any room service.
