The hotel is close to the city center (old and new). Some minutes walk. There are supermarkets and many cafes and restaurants around. The 24/7 option and possibility to leave luggage after check-out was vital since we arrived after 10 PM and leave after 12:00. Nice staff - helped us with some questions

The rooms are small, basic and old. Leaking shower hose. From 4* hotel you expect more. The breakfast 7:00-10:00. We arrived around 8:00. All trays were empty. It looks like the big group that arrived around 7:00 finished all the food. The coffee machine was broken. We sit for more than 30 min and had only some cakes and coffee from the kitchen. (No eggs, meat, chees, etc - it's all was in the beginning). ~10 people around us were in the same situation

The hotel’s location is very central and staff is very courteous and friendly. They serve a very good breakfast and the hotel is very clean.

We had the electric kettle in the room but no coffee but I’m sure that if we asked for it they would have brought us some. When they forgot to put a bar of soap in the bathroom I called reception and we were immediately given three bars of soap!

The hotel exceeded our expectations, and if we return to Bari, we will definitely stay here. The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes away from the commercial area and the old town. The room is spacious and clean (cleaning is done daily). Quality WiFi, functional air conditioning. The bathroom is ok (including bidet), clean towels, hot water. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. Parking is a problem, but we found a place in the underground parking (for a fee). There are many restaurants in the vicinity. Maybe a bit expensive, but it's Italy, it's Bari...

The only problem is in the morning, if you sleep with the window open you can hear the street traffic.

insufficient space for clothes - there is no closet, no balcony, and this is unacceptable for a hotel by the sea, you have no way to dry towels

Room was nice and big. Breakfast was excellent.

Nice location, close to the old part and the shopping area. Rooms were spacious and clean , large bathroom. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We had an early flight and would have missed breakfast but the receptionist arranged for boxed lunches for us to take, very nice and thoughtful .

The noise from the street bellow. Even on the 7th floor and facing the back, we heard the Saturday night party noised with our widows closed...

We had a deluxe room on the 8th floor with a terrace looking out over the city . Room 801 . it was absolutely fabulous in every way and a lovely experience . The breakfast also had plenty of choice . the hotel is perfectly placed for all that Bari has to offer . I would not book anywhere else
