The room and en suite were clean and smelt fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent selection at breakfast The bed was super comfortable

The water pressure of the shower. Too weak.

It was new and modern and clean.

We waited for sometime to speak to a member of the reception team when one evening at 9:45 we arrived back at the hotel and upon arrival to our hotel room the key card wouldn’t work so I left my children and husband upstairs and went to reception to get the key card re coded and there was no staff available I was eating for 5 mins and that is not acceptable as it was late and my family were waiting outside the hotel door in the corridor! The member of staff had been out back making hot drinks. More staff needed at all times.

The breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from, and one thing I was pleased about, the fact that whole milk was available, other than just semi skimmed, trivial matter but there. The one thing, that I was a little disappointed with that there was only a shower facility, no bath which I personally prefer. But then again that was partly my fault as I had not requested a room with a bath if it was possible, on my booking, another little lesson learnt, for future reference. Overall the staff were very pleasant, helpful, much credit to all, my stay was good and the hotel highly recommendable, Thank You.

Has stated earlier about the bathroom facility, there was only a shower, no bath, but having spoken to the staff about this, I was asked how long we were staying, and I said it was only the one night, and that there wasn`t a problem, the shower was fine and nothing to worry about, as the staff informed me about requesting a room with a bath, and if at all possible they would oblige, as there were only a few rooms available with baths, which was good to know for future bookings.
