The room was comfortable & clean Breakfast included

We were hoping to have a spa but it was out of order. Very disapoointing as it wasnt stated at time of booking.

A special mention to Ronnie on the reception desk, very helpful and pleasant

vending machine is ancient and doesn’t take card or current Australian notes. 1 person on-site to attend to guests.

Wonderful stay, the family room is very large with plenty of space. The location is ideal for exploring the Blue Mountains.

The hotel was a bit of a walk (10 minutes uphill) from the shopping/restaurant/train station area but very close to some of the scenic views and activity areas. The neighbourhood was quiet apart from flocks of noisy cockatoos. The staff were very helpful. There was a kettle and small fridge and we were able to use the microwave in the breakfast room so we didn't have to dine out every evening.

The room was comfortable but in need of updating. The bathroom shower worked well but the sink and shower taps dripped even when turned off hard. There was no stopper in the sink.

This is a dated establishment that is NOT a Boutique Hotel.

Be prepared for a cheap breakfast, toast, butter/jam and muesli. Maybe on request/add on fee we could request in the future a continental breakfast-as we did all day hike, breakfast would be an important meal.

Nice vibes and environment

Houseman who was on Reception was very rude and unprofessional. When I went there to ask him about my check out time he response me on very bad manner and showed very bad attitude- will never go back to this place

I did not get the opportunity to stay for breakfast but I can't wait to go again
