The hotel room, bed and bathroom were all very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The personal friendly and the food excellent. The swimmingpools had good temperature.

The swimmingpool area is ready for a renovation to keep the hotel at 5 stars, but in general the stay was well worth the price.

Pool was excellent, the water was warm and it was very safe. Ww stayed 2 hours. Sadly I couldn't take breakfast because we were Out the time.

When I did the reservation, the travel agency told me a price to pay when I get the hotel. But they charge me more than I was expecting.

I booked there for the spa services they have... and really disappointed...they did not tell us that the spa is closed on Monday morning, neither they said we have to make a reservation to access the spa...the sauna was closed. It is not really hard to send a notification about all this requirement...I understand that may be it is due to COVID, but you can let us know before we book.

Personally, I think the rooms were impeccably clean. They had everything necessary for a nice stay and to have a truly enjoyable experience. I've been to many hotels in my life and would definitely return to this one.

The COVID situation made the stay a bit complicated, but also the elections that were going on during that weekend. They closed the restaurants at the hotel and did not have room service. Only one restaurant opened during the weekend and they only had 2 options for food, which were pizza or lomo vetado. They were not modifiable and we were forced to eat pizza all weekend.
