Room was larger than most hotels; loved the small kitchen area. My husband and son said the bar burger was the best they'd ever had. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an evening flight and were permitted to check out at 1pm and stay on the premesis afterwards until we left for the airport. This was extremely helpful. Would recommend/stay again!

Hotel was frequently out of pool/beach towels. Also, the resort fee only gets you 2 chairs at the beach, regardless of the number of hotel guests. There were 4 of us in a room made for 4 and we had to purchase 2 additional beach chairs every time we went to the beach at a cost of roughly $40/day. Not a game changer, but a little annoying.

A beautiful art deco hotel with a relaxed European vibe in Mid Beach, (and removed from the frenzy of South Beach). The lobby, veranda and pool area had a lovely design aesthetic and were very comfortable and clean. Our room was both pretty and well-designed, very spacious and extremely clean with a nice seating area near the windows. The bathroom was also pristine, and we appreciated the quality of bath and hair products. Every staff member was welcoming and hospitable, which contributed to an overall positive calming energy. It’s an easy and pretty walk to the beach, and once there, staff was very helpful and responsive with beach chairs, umbrellas etc.

L’emplacement est assez pratique, suffisamment proche du centre de South Beach. Il est facile d’accès et plusieurs restaurants à proximité permettent de faciliter le quotidien.

Établissement décevant, les photos sur le site sont bien plus avantageuses que la réalité. La propreté de la chambre est douteuse; on trouve des cheveux des hôtes précédents dans les tiroirs de rangement et le cache-sommier est noir de crasse, ce qui fait dire que ces équipements ne sont jamais lavés et pas vérifiés par le personnel avant une nouvelle arrivée. Serviettes de bain en nombre insuffisant puisque rien ne sèche dans la chambre (fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrant pas, l’air ne circule pas). C’est dommage de devoir faire changer les serviettes quotidiennement (nous ne l’avons pas fait pour des raisons écologiques, préférant tenter de faire sécher les serviettes entre une douche et l’autre). La Climatisation poussée à fond dans la chambre sans possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres donc la chambre sent le renfermé, comme le reste de l’hôtel en dépit des désodorisants synthétiques utilisés. Il n’y a pas de véritable petit déjeuner servi dans l’hôtel, donc passez votre chemin si vous souhaitez ne pas avoir à sortir pour le prendre. Pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre, ce qui n’est pas un problème en soi mais le personnel a été très peu réactif lorsque, après m’en avoir remis un qui était défaillant, à tardé à m’en remettre un autre. J’ai attendu 30 min avant de sortir moi-même à la réception en réclamer un.

Accueil à notre arrivée très agréable, beaucoup aimé notre “studio” grand, confortable, ameublement agréable, deco sympa. à 3mn à pied d une plage magnifique, sur le boulevard des Millionnaires. Petit déjeuner bon et déjeuner rapide autour de la piscine bien aussi. Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir. Le personnel ne demande qu à faire plaisir…

Hotel très agréable, abordable, avec un personnel très amiable. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Bonne literie. L'emplacement est très bien pour le prix. Vélos prêtés gratuitement. Parking ouvert accessible de l'hôtel. Espace piscine agréable. C est une belle surprise cet hôtel à taille humaine.

La ubicación es buena, si bien está a 2 cuadras de una de las mejores playas de Miami. La construcción, el edificio, el patio con jardín interno donde está la piscina es un lugar ideal para descansar y relajarse. La habitación es amplia, decorada con buen gusto al igual que el baño con una ducha bien amplia. El servicio de habitación muy bueno. Las opciones de desayuno también me agradaron, ya que el personal lo adaptó a mi gusto. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto. Aline, Daniel, Francisco, Florian, Brian, y si me olvido alguno perdón.

Que tienen reducido el servicio de cocina en el bar, solo hasta las 15 horas. Tienen que arreglar el ascensor que está fuera de servicio y nadie se entera hasta que llega al check in. En mi caso, me alojaron en una habitación en la planta baja, no me afectó, pero habrá quienes subir hasta un par de plantas le afecte.

L’hôtel est très belle et la déco superbe. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et dans la chambre le café Nespresso était un vrai plus.

Malheureusement il n’était pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres et il persistait donc constamment dans la chambre une odeur de renfermé et beaucoup d’humidité. La musique de la piscine de 8h à 23h était vraiment très forte et étant côté piscine cela nous a réveillé tous les matins. De manière générale l’insonorisation était vraiment mauvaise.

Waschbecken befand sich im Schlafzimmer. Leihfahrräder in schlechtem Zustand (Kette sprang dreimal ab). Alter langsamer Fahrstuhl. Keine Barzahlung Möglichkeiten an der Bar. Parkplatz 39 $ nebenan .

I had a long day of travel from London and when I arrived I was overjoyed with how accomodating and friendly the staff was. Dan made check-in easy and gave me recommendations for restaurants. I was only in town for one night and they still let me the pool and the complimentary beach chairs/access the day I checked out. There is a bar onsite and a little TV was playing The Birdcage which really added to the ambiance of being in a cute, boutique hotel on Miami Beach. The room itself was super cute and spacious with a stocked mini fridge and nice bathrobes. I didn't want to leave!! It's certainly not a fancy hotel but if you're like me and love a place with character where you mostly need to rest your head, Hotel Trouvail goes above and beyond to tick those boxes. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

What a gem. We usually opt for boutique hotels and this may very well be the best one ever! Distinctive cosy design in public spaces as well as large size rooms. Lush green pool area. The location allows you to take advantage of the beach as well at just a few minutes walk away. Did I mention the large laptop-sized safe, espresso machine and well-stocked and chilled ‘mini’bar yet? Special thanks to the team, who did a fantastic job making our stay memorable

Prijs kwaliteit is niet helemaal in verhouding. Leuk hotel, beetje retro 80s achtig maar net niet. Koelkast op kamer maakt veel lawaai- als je deze wilt uitzetten zit er veel ijs is vriezer vak, geen optie dus. Wel aangegeven bij de receptie. Muren zijn echt super dun- heel gehorig en de geur in het hotel is niet heel prettig. Prima voor nachtje of 2 maar niet langer. Pool is super mooi!

The ambience of the hotel was extremely cool and stylish, the restaurant in the lobby prepared wonderful healthy meals, the breakfast was the best in Miami. The Pool area was a little oasis and not busy but you had the option of using beds on the beach for free the only cost was for an umbrella or cabana. The hotel is situated amongst the sophisticated area close to Fauna and Soho House if you want upmarket meals. The hotel playlist was almost worth the visit alone

I was very surprised to get the upgrade of the room. The queen bed was very comfy, and the pillows were too, liked the shower toilet cosmetics and the rob. The bar set to make cocktails are super thoughtful. The reception people and bartenders, the happy hours 50% wine and some cocktails discounts are so appreciated when you have a budgeted, not very premeditated in advance, trip. The separate beach and free beds, free beach towels. The pool: is clean, with no heating though. o 11-16 December will be chilly to dive in - I did, anyway, after my runs. The plants next to the pool gave the jungle impression, so I was having breakfast there all the time until the weather was so windy and rainy that it was impossible to sit even under the umbrella. Also, the technician guy saved my Swarowsky bracelet from the sink (accidentally lost it when I was unlocking the magnet lock)

Can`t say didn`t like it, but I was billed for not understandable miscellaneous $10 after I checked out, on the next day. It was weird taking into account I wasn`t taking anything from the room (apart from beer that I have another withdrawal from the hotel). Also coffee supply, I guess the 'cleaning' ladies only leave 2 cups per day, for 2 people. Sometimes I needed to ask them to add, as they were not adding :) but it`s really nothing. ALL service people were soooooooo nice! Will come back some day, because its so cal and silent there and the pool is protected with palms and trees from the strong wind. A bit far from main restaurants and Versace mention, but close to the Art Gallery that is nothing much to see there for $15)

Leider hat es geregnet so konnten wir die schöne Poolanlage nicht nutzen. Die Bergüßung von Flo war sehr herzlich, wir haben das Abendessen probiert und es war super. Die Zimmer sehr schön. Der kostenlose Trolleybus war sehr nah bei. Für 32 USD haben wir den hoteleigenen Parkplatz genutzt. Das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen.

Hotel com quarto amplo de frente, duas camas de casal, mobiliario e roupas de cama e banho em otimas condiçoes, ar condicionado muito bom, banho muito bom. Espaço para preparar lanches e microondas, Cafeteira. Bem iluminado. Disponivleis bicicletas, usamos e foi muito bom, pois o espaço é bem plano, disponibilizam cadeiras na praia.

Elevador um pouco lento, mas nao comprometeu.

Tolle Lage, gemütliche Pool-Area, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sehr stylisch. Für Miami Beach gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Everything else :( We paid more than 100 dollars for parking and when we arrived at night there was no space inside the building (what are you charging for if not for a parking spot). Our room was very very dark with thin walls, we could hear anyone up or down the stairs in the building. This was especially infuriating as our dog woke up multiple times during the night, we never had a sinilar issue in other hotels or motels, but you could hear other rooms tv from our room. The room did not have any basic amenities like mini fridge or even a closet. There was a basic nespresso machine with no capsules.
